学生对英语普遍感兴趣,具有一定的稳定性和自学能力。有了一定的探究精神。学生有了一定的语言基础,学生乐于参与到学习探究中。经过两年多系统的英语语言学习,初三学生已经掌握了基本的语言知识和语言技能,并有了一定的学习能力。经过几年的学习,学生已经具备了自主学习的能力。一些学习问题学生可以通过自学和小组讨论得到解决。因此在课上要充分发挥学生的主体作用,充分调动学生学习的积极性和自主性。让学生通过探究解决问题。
我在自己的课堂中总感觉学生不能适应自己的教学方式:学生上课回答问题不积极,参与教学活动的积极性不高。只是一味的听老师讲和做笔记。听课效率不高。经分析,原因是课堂上我语速过快,学生跟不上、听不懂。而自己也没有很好的了解学生的实际情况,学生不回答问题或不参与教学活动,只是一味的埋怨和批评,致使学生上课更不敢回答问题。

效果分析
本堂课是第二课读说课,课堂按照简述自己的亲身经历过导入问路委婉语到生活中的委婉语的学习。
首先,课堂导入部分利用图片和实物的形式激发了学生的学习兴趣并激活了学生的
已有知识,为本节课的顺利进行做好了铺垫。接着,利用文本的情景在图片的帮助下让学生理解了部分词汇的词义。
其次,在本节课的阅读过程中运用预测和速记的听力测路完成听力任务。达成第二项教学目标。在阅读后任务通过大量的口头练习,完成语言输出。
从总体上说,教学效果还不错,学生基本理解了课文,把握了文章的结构层次,能较好地完成各项活动,基本正确地运用课文中的语言结构,读完这篇文章,学生能较好地理解委婉语以及委婉语的重要性。

本课定位于读写课,设计构思是:以自己的经历导入—阅读主人公的经历—学习如何礼貌委婉语—把所学的礼貌委婉语运用到创设的模拟情景中去。
下面来谈谈本节课的得与失:做得较好的地方有:1、采用介绍自己的亲身经历,使陌生的教学对象能够很快积极地进入到英语学习的情境中。2、适时运用多媒体教学,直观形象。3、能通过学生已有的知识引入本课新授内容,使学生心中有明确的学习方向。4、能根据实际情况大胆对教材进行整合,使教学内容更充实。5、很有亲和力。对待学生的错误,能够耐心地通过教师引导或学生帮助等多种方式使学生理解自己的错误所在并进行改正,直至学生掌握,才进行下一个教学活动。
本课也有很多不尽人意的地方,主要表现在:1、借班上课,没有与学生有任何的事先接触,自信心不足,导致有些时候不够镇静,比如板书就不如平常。还有教育机智不足,没有依据学生的回答去改变自己原有的设计,而是非得让学生按照自己的设计去走。2、没有做一个优秀的倾听者。主要表现在:明明知道学生语言出现了错误,可是回过头来就忘记原句是什么了,结果跟着学生的话题往下说,导致变更了原句也不知道。如果自己真正用心去听了,还会出现这样的错误吗?3、有些时候,没有知识生成的过程。比如对于ride 和amusement 等词的正确使用,基本上是老师告诉学生该用什么,不该用什么,而不是学生自己在实践应用中总结出来的,结果导致对话中总有学生出错。这是教师思考替代学生思考的表现。4、教师限制了学生的思维。具体表现在:电视节目的呈现上和师生拓展对话上。(在第一点中提到的)受教科书的影响,教师非要把学生引上某种回答方式上来,那个过程至今我还想着别扭。5、课堂上对学生的知识积淀不充分。学生语言输入的过程太少,这是造成说困难的一大原因。尽管作业布置的是小组调查,我不知道真正书写的时候,学生能够写出多少个有效的句子来。
通过本次授课,我发现了自己课堂上的很多显性和隐性的问题,也体会到了研讨活动的好处。

新课标要求课堂教学要培养学生的情感因素,着力培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的学习动机和培养他们热爱生活的品质。在英语教学中适当运用游戏教学可使学生在玩中学,变无意注意为有意注意,使学生在游戏之中实实在在地进行语言的运用和交流,避免了枯燥无味的死记硬背,这样的教学能激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生学习英语的信心和决心得到增强,同时学生学习英语心理素质在游戏之中得到培养。
