连 词
定义：
连词用于连接单词、短语、从句或句子。它们主要分为并列连词、从属连词。
并列连词：
and 一般用在肯定句
和，并且 （连接谓语时态、结构要一致）
He stood up and put on his hat. 他站起来，戴上他的帽子。
用在祈使句中。
Use your head，and you’ll find a way. 动动脑筋，你就会想出办法来。
or 或者，否则
否定句
I don’t like playing basketball or playing football。 我不喜欢打篮球和踢足球。
疑问句
Which do you prefer, coffee or coke 你喜欢喝咖啡，还是可乐？
but 但是 表示转折，一般用于否定句。
He likes the piano but doesn’t like the violin. 他喜欢钢琴，但不喜欢小提琴。
so 所以 表示结果。（注意：so不能和because 并列使用）
The cat was hungry, so I gave it some food. 猫饿了，所以我给了它一些食物。
Because the cat was hungry，I gave it some food. 因为猫饿了，我给他一些事物。
for 因为, 用于补充说明理由，不放在句首
Many accidents happen, for people are careless.
很多事故是由人们的粗心引起的。
as well as 也；还；并且 , 谓语动词形式由第一个主语决定
He as well as his students gets up at six o'clock.他和他的学生在六点钟起床。
both…and… 和；既…也…
Both Beijing and New York have traffic problems. 北京和纽约都有交通问题。
either…or… 或…或…；不是...就是...(就近原则）
Either you or he is right. 不是你就是他是对的。
neither…nor… 既不…也不… (就近原则）
Neither he nor I speak a foreign language. 他和我都不会说外语。
not only...but also...不仅...而且(就近原则）
Not only you but also he does very well in the project.
不仅你，他也在这个项目中做得很好。
not...but... 不是...而是...
