(一)人与动物和谐共处
1. 蜂鸟表达感谢
A flash of movement caught my attention (一阵动静引起了我的注
意).I turned around to see the same hummingbird hovering in the air (在
空中盘旋). It seemed that the bird was waiting for me, its sharp eyes
fixed on me (它那双锐利的眼睛紧盯着我) as if trying to convey some
deep unspoken gratitude (好像传达某种深深的、不言而喻的感激之
情).I felt a surge of relief and awe (感到一阵宽慰和敬畏)at the sight
of this sound and grateful creature.

2. 小狗陪伴主人
My grandfather enjoyed Luck’s company (喜欢 Luck 的陪伴),while
Luck was really attached to (非常依恋)my grandfather. Luck was
always by my grandfather’s side, eagerly waiting for his attention (等
待他的关注). Sometimes grandfather would often touch Luck’s fur and
praise him for being such a good boy (抚摸Luck的毛发并称赞它是个好
孩子). In response, Luck would reach out his paw and wag his tail
slowly at first, then faster (伸出他的爪子,开始慢慢地摇尾巴,然后
越来越快) as if he understood every word my grandfather said.

3. 小狗改善祖父健康
Their connection grew stronger with each passing day (联系与日俱

响)my grandfather’s health. He seemed to have more energy and was in
better spirits (精神状态更好)when Luck was around.

(二)人与动物的救助
1. 小狗提醒主人火情
Swiftly I got up from my bed. I opened the door and found Max running
around the living room, trying to let all the things fall down.These
abnormal behaviors really confused me (这些异常行为真的让我感到困
惑) while they also made me a little afraid. He firmly bit my trousers and
motioned me to the kitchen (紧紧咬住我的裤子,示意我去厨房)
where I could obviously smell something burning and instantly knew
what had happened (明显闻到有东西烧焦了,瞬间明白发生了什么).

2. 收养流浪狗
We feel proud that we’ve given Charie a home and a second chance.We

的狗窝里),where he enjoys his favourite food. Every evening, we take
him for walks around our neighbourhood (带它在社区周围散步),
and on occasion, he joins other dogs in playful games of chases and
bounds on the grass (和其他狗一起在草地上玩追逐和跳跃的游戏)
while Sam and I chat with our neighbours. Witnessing his energy and
enthusiasm fills us with a sense of fulfillment and pride (看到它的活力
和热情,我们感到满足和自豪).
