1.语言风格不恰当
有些学生在写作时习惯运用较多具有感彩的语言，这与通知类文体不匹配。通知类应用文语言需要简洁明了、表述客观，把事情告知清楚即可。
2.时态、语态错误
通知类文体内容以一般将来时和一般现在时为主。此外，该文体多用被动语态突出主题。
3.时间、地点错乱
时间和地点在句子中的顺序是一些学生的迷茫点。一般情况下，为避免繁琐或内容分散，活动的时间和地点通常在同一句子中出现。如：
The lecture is scheduled to take place in the lecture hall of our school at 4：00 on the afternoon of December 15.

2.吸引阅卷人的篇中句——具体通知内容

②You are expected to either tell a Chinese story or introduce a kind of Chinese culture.Meanwhile， you need to talk about how this story or culture has influenced you in your real life.
③All the students are welcome to attend.You are supposed to arrive on time， listen carefully and respect the lecturer.

Welcome to Join the English Writing Competition
To raise students’ awareness of saving food， our school English newspaper is scheduled to hold a writing competition， whose theme is “Hand in Hand， Save the Food”.
Anyone in our school interested in the competition is welcome to participate.Entries should consist of an original piece of writing with 400 words or fewer.They should be related to the theme and show how we can contribute to saving food.Please mail your entry to our email address englishpaper@ by January 31 and the result will be published on May 1.

Notice
An English essay contest titled Green Mountains and Clear Water Are Mountains of Gold and Silver will be held in our school in an effort to raise our awareness of protecting the environment.
Your essay must focus on the value of good eco-environment. You are expected to share your personal experiences or views on the relationship between humans and nature. Your essay should be no more than 500 words and you must send it to contest@.cn no later than 30 May 2025.
