Making the News?是高中必修五unit4 的内容。本单元以新闻和新闻人为中心，展开对一份报纸产生过程和作为一个好记者的优秀品质的自主学习。以新入职场的Zhou Yang 与上司之间的对话形式设置行文。本课时为第一课时，整合了 Warming up，Prereading ，Reading & Comprehending 四部分，作用在于通过本课时学习扩容对报纸的理解，提高团队合作意识，理解倾听的艺术性，并尊重新闻的真实性。它是对新课程中情感态度与价值观培养目标的全方位体现。

对于我所任教的 1和18班的学生，在经过高一新教材学习基础之上，已逐渐适应了在活动与任务中学习英语，以及如何处理语言知识与活动开展的关系。此外，还形成并培养了小组合作与自主学习的能力。本单元围绕新闻制作这一话题开展，学生并不陌生，容易引起兴趣，激发其探究心理。

主要特色与创新之处：
本节课整体上过程流畅，学生配合较好。这节课同学们一直都是带着任务来学习的，首先由嫦娥二号这个图片成功导入话题-NEWS,再设置情境让他们思考这则消息的来源，并且引出报纸是比较重要的媒体之一，并且让同学们小组商量制作一份报纸所需要的工作人员有journalist,editor,reporter,editor，designer， printer，photographer。并且通过快速阅读，分段并且概括文章大意，通过精读细读感知文章，分析文中重点难词难句，最后的小组讨论演练一个小的采访，给他们营造了一个互动、合作、学习的机会，他们把自己获得的信息表达出来和同学进行交流，课堂气氛活跃。在这课堂中，我只是个参与者，指导者，而学生是活动的主体，无论是个人活动还是小组讨论，学生的学习兴趣大大提高，学生的合作意识，团队精神大大加强；学习效果更好了。新课程倡导自主，合作，探究的学习方式。这就要求教师在上课时充分发挥学生的自主性，实现教学的活动性和内容的广泛性。

存在的问题与不足：
????由于本课的教学重点是课文阅读，对词汇的处理不够细，基础差的同学在理解和表达上会有些困难。多媒体教学系统是一把双刃剑，它改变了“一支粉笔一本书”的教学模式，为教师提高教学效率提供了物质基础；同时对教师的自身素质也提出了挑战，教师要有很强的整合能力。学无止境，作为一名年轻教师，我应该在以后的教学中不断的向书本学习，向老教师、有经验的教师学习，不断提高自己的教育教学能力。

本教学方案设计思路清晰，环环相扣。充分地体现新课标的“为用学，用中学，学了用”教学理念，结合本班学生的学习特点，合理重整教材，化难为易，将一节阅读课与写作课有机的结合起来。任务型教学，在课堂教学中，任务环环相扣，联系紧密，有主有次，相互服务。任务设计与教学目标一致，难度适中，与学生的知识水平和心理水平相符合。本课针对学生的学习特点和接受能力，对课文内容进行另外适当的整合和重组。结合广东高考要求，以课本内容为载体，设计四个不同的任务型活动，各项活动环环相扣，学生在完成各个任务后都有所收获。
