本单元以How do you get to school?为中心话题,主要运用How long/How far询问“去某地的交通方式、时间、距离”，简单描述路线。本课时为本单元的第二课时，是一节听说练习与写作相结合的课型，交通方式与学生实际息息相关，因此学生非常感兴趣，积极性较高。
1、总体而言，初中学生的抽象思维能力较低，形象思维能力强，但注意力容易分散。
本课时采用多种形式展示，通过小组评价机制充分调动学生学习英语的积极性，进而发挥学生自主学习性，让学生成为课堂的主人，从而增强学生的兴趣和注意力。
2、目前我教的两个班的学生对英语学习普遍感兴趣，但有很大的不稳定性。他们好奇心强，求知欲旺盛，已不满足于教师对课文的简单重复。他们偏重于形象思维，对片面,零碎的材料尚缺乏一定的概括分析能力。因此，本课时我在设计导学案时，注重启发引导学生分析、概括能力。通过任务型教学法，情景交际法，全身反应教学法等，激发学生学习的兴趣，让学生乐于接受，易于接受。本单元的主题是谈论乘坐不同的交通工具及到达目的地所需要的时间，采用活动教学法和Role playing的学习策略，学习新词汇，掌握重点句型，同时能比较好地运用到实践中，解决类似问题。做到既能巩固所学知识，又能提高解决问题的能力以及综合运用语言能力。
【效果分析】

本课围绕"谈论如何去上学"这一话题展开学习，各个环节始终围绕一条主线展开，引导学生通过本单元的语言素材看图说话、句型操练、实际描述，对话表演使学生学会用英语谈论乘坐不同的交通工具。在此基础上，展开小组调查，巩固本单元的核心句式和语法功能项目。环节注重任务设置层层递进，由简到难，逐步突破难点。
整个课堂活动设计突出以学生活动为主。课堂活动主要为小组讨论、对话练习、班级调查。特别是班级调查环节，采用让学生任选调查任务、任选调查对象的方式，学生可以不受约束地在教室随意走动，进行调查，让学生产生了浓厚的新鲜感和兴趣，积极主动地参与并完成调查任务。小组合作增进了同学之间的了解和友情，并培养了学生热爱学习和良好的学习、生活习惯。同时教给学生一些有效的学习策略，学习效果较好。整节课引导学生在轻松愉快的氛围中，循序渐进地掌握重点，最后学以致用, 顺利完成阅读训练。
整个教学过程始终以学生为学习的主体，同时发挥教师的组织、辅助作用，充分调动学生的积极性，引导学生在课堂上产生参与和表达的愿望，真正体现出英语教学的交际性，提高了课堂教学效益。

本节课的成功之处：
这次的课堂教学设计能体现目标、教学过程的一致性。各个环节始终围绕一条主线展开。
本节课的设计体现了任务型教学的特点，同时整个任务链的设计均以学生的兴趣为主。环节注重任务设置层层递进，由简到难，逐步突破难点。引导学生循序渐进地掌握重点，最后学以致用, 顺利完成阅读训练。
板书设计成导图形式，有利于学生形成系统的知识体系。
本课时的任务设置贴近学生生活实际，能够激发学生参与的热情，营造轻松的谈话氛围，引导学生在接近生活常态的交际中模仿。学生学习积极性较高。通过小组合作增进了同学之间的了解和友情，并培养了学生热爱学习和良好的学习、生活习惯。
通过做游戏，做调查，大大提高了学生学习热情，使每位学生都能参与到小组活动中，重复体现了学生的主体意识。
本节课的不足之处：
1．本节课的拓展升华训练较少，实际教学过程中，可根据学生的接受程度适当拓展。
2．本节课环节较多，实际教学中应注意把握时间。阅读训练处理略显仓促，写作训练落实欠缺。
3. 由于学生的已有认知水平不同，学生个体存在差异，课堂个别环节设计对于部分学生可能较难，可以根据实际教学的需要删减或降低难度。

本单元是《新目标英语》系列教材之一Go for it 七年级第三单元的内容。本单元围绕"谈论如何去上学"这一话题展开学习，引导学生通过本单元的语言素材看图说话、句型操练、实际描述，对话表演使学生学会用英语谈论乘坐不同的交通工具。这些内容都是与学生日常生活紧密相关的，学生很熟悉，也乐于去说，因此在这一课时的教学过程中，我将紧密联系学生生活实际，采用多种展示方式，以说为主，以对话为途径，解决本单元的中心话题。
本单元教学主要采用任务型语言教学（Task-Based Language Teaching）模式，完成任务的同时完成语言学习。本单元建议安排4个课时。第二课时Section A 2e-3c.
【课时教材分析】

【学情分析】

在通过英语朗读，英语对话交际，完成任务的过程中让学生进行有效的自我调控，通过各种途径获取信息，辨别并运用有效资源。
（三）文化意识与情感态度目标：
发挥学生的潜能，能谈论自己及周围人的上学，上班，回家，或旅游的交通方式，调动学生应用英语的积极性，学会关心别人。了解各种交通工具情况；增强人际交往意识。并提醒同学遵守交通规则。对比班级学生上学方式与山村孩子的艰辛上学路，让学生珍惜现在，努力学习。
【教学重难点】
学习重点与难点：根据《英语课程标准》的要求及本课在教材中所处的地位和作用，确定本课的重难点为：
1、学习重点：掌握不同的交通工具（subway , train, bus , bike , taxi , car ）与动词（take, ride , walk）,以及相关介词（on , by , in ）的搭配使用。
2、学习难点：巩固how对交通方式的提问和how long对时间段的提问，并学习how far对距离和路程的提问。

教师准备：搜集有关交通方式的视频，拍摄同事上下班的照片，在特定的地点拍摄学生上学的照片，制作成幻灯片；设计课后巩固练习的幻灯片。

? 二：颜士军的总体报告：能够很好地围绕设定的教学目标进行教学，教学环节紧凑连贯，过渡自然；多媒体使用恰当合理，能够充分发挥辅助教学作用;教学问题设计巧妙，能紧密结合本单元的核心句型进行操练，课堂提问密度大，面向全体学生，达到学以致用的目的；能够及时评价学生的学习行为，并对学习有困难的学生及时进行指导；另外在学生自行设计环节，多给学生留点时间进行表述就更好了。对于作文设计的环节，如果有时间，最好能在课上书写。

《英语课程标准》把"培养学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心，培养良好学习习惯和形成有效策略，发展自主学习和合作精神"放在了首位。《新目标英语》中的具体语言目标是通过各种各样的Tasks来实现的；学生需要运用具体而特定的行动来完成一定的交际任务。
依据这个前提，我从以下几个方面对课程标准进行解读。
?1、学习方法的指导：培养学生观察力，想象力，记忆力以及思维能力。用生动的课件调动学生的感官进行听说读写的训练。???
??2、学习积极性的调动：我在教学过程中创造一种开放的，和谐的，积极互动的语言氛围，把课堂变成有声有色的舞台，让学生在乐中学。???
??3、学习能力的培养：通过连贯的听说读写，游戏，竞赛等，培养学生的交际能力，发展他们的思维能力。????
??4、学习策略的指导;本节课将在课堂活动中把学生分成两人或四人学习小组，让他们围绕着课堂任务分工合作，在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作，从而获得知识、技能和情感体验，发展他们的能力。创建开放式，探究式的课堂，有意识渗透学习策略的训练。我让学生观察课件画面，回答问题，让学生学会使用认知策略；让学生表演对话，实现交际策略；引导学生交际，主动练习和实践，
