本着少讲，精讲，多读，多背，多练的原则，该堂课基本达到了预期的目标。学生学有所获，能在课前预习的前提下，课上积极回答问题，问题也能紧扣课文阅读内容，总结到位。在教学目标的指引下，完成了该课堂的教学任务。
不足之处：1）教师太紧张，很多地方有重复说词，口误等现象，今后应多加强锻炼，提升素质。2）讨论环节不够热烈，因为学生基础差，平时很少开口说，故临场发挥不好。另授课完成后也可以设置讨论环节，让学生相互检阅，查缺补漏。3）学生课前预习不足，搜集的素材较少，故课上展示较少。3）教学速度太快，没有把握好时间。4）学生个体差异太大，很难在一堂课上照顾全体学生的个体发展，因此还有一少部分人不能跟上大家的节奏。
在教育教学实践中，对新课程理念的理解和应用还不够到位，有待于本人加强学习，不断提高自身素质，为高质高效的课堂教学而努力奋斗。
