Book7 Unit 3 Using Language
under the sea
进一步增强英语学习动机,有较强的自主学习意识;
能理解口头或书面材料中表达的观点,并简单发表自己的见解;
能有效的使用口头或书面语言描述个人经历;
能在教师的帮助下策划、组织和实施英语学习活动;
能主动利用多种教育资源进行学习;
能初步对学习过程和结果进行自我评价,调整学习目标和策略;
(A New Dimension of Life)为题,用日记的形式记述了作者在海底所见到的奇妙景色。
1.6 Using Language

May Day is a traditional day for celebrations, but the 2,000 English villagers of Stilton must be the only people in the world who include cheese rolling in their annual plans. Teams of four, dressed in a variety of strange and funny clothes , roll a complete cheese along a 50-metre course. On the way, they must not kick or throw their cheese, or go into their competitors' lane. Competition is fierce and the chief prize is a complete Stilton cheese weighing about four kilos (disappointingly, but understandably the cheeses used in the race are wooden ones).
