2. 扩展规则“主过从过”
规则： 如果主句是过去将来时，则时间状语从句用一般过去时表示过去将来。
He said he would help me when he had time.（他说他有时间时会帮我。）
She told me she was going to buy a gift after she got her salary.（她告诉我她发工资后会去买个礼物。）
3. 扩展规则“主现从现”
规则： 如果主句是现在时，表示客观事实、真理、习惯，则从句也用一般现在时。
When spring comes, the weather gets warmer.（春天到来时，天气变暖。）
After he finishes his homework, he usually watches TV.（他通常做完作业后看电视。）
4. 扩展规则“主将从完”？
特殊注意： 在after引导的从句中，有时为了强调从句动作在主句动作之前已经完成，可以用现在完成时代替一般现在时。两者常可互换。

1、难点1：在时间状语从句中误用将来时
错误： I will call you when I will arrive.（×）
正确： I will call you when I arrive.（√）
规则： 牢记“主将从现”，任何时间状语从句引导词（when, before, after, until, as soon as等）后，如果主句是将来时，从句都不能用will。
