11 September 25, 2019, the Daxing International Airport, Beijing’s new airport, opened to the public. It is said to be the world’s largest terminal (航空站) in a single building, and is expected to 12 nearly 72 million passengers by 2025.
Located on the border (边界) of Beijing and Langfang, Hebei Province, the airport is Beijing’s second international airport.
