教学设计
一、教材分析:
I 教学内容地位:
Using language部分的文章以周洋亲身经历的形式,记述了周洋从获得独家新闻,到通过制作新闻,让学生了解新闻的制作过程:首先是新闻的写作过程然后是新闻见报前的工作流程。学生可以通过学习课文,掌握新的词汇句型和新闻的写法,进而提高阅读能力和对新闻题材的感悟能力。
II 教学内容分析:
Using?Language部分包括了读、说、写和听、说这两项内容。第一部分学生首先通过阅读“获得”“独家新闻”一文,写出新闻报道的步骤和写出见报前的有关程序然后讨论这位影星可能说了什么谎话。最后,在阅读和讨论的基础上写出一份关于某影星的独家新闻。
Warming?Up部分是五幅图片,看看学生对加对新闻获取途径了解多少。采用图片形式,一是为了激起学生学习的兴趣,另一目的是让学生联系自己已有的知识,为整个单元的学习做准备。?
Pre-reading部分是本文的基础词汇和短语,通过对词汇和短语的回顾复习为阅读本文做好充分的准备。然后通过两个问题引出阅读部分话题:独家新闻,从而激发学生想了解“独家新闻的制作过程”的好奇心以及对获得独家新闻的兴趣和求知欲。?
Using language的 Reading部分是新闻题材记述了周洋从获得独家新闻,到通过制作新闻,让学生了解新闻的制作过程:首先是新闻的写作过程然后是新闻见报前的工作流程。?
After –reading部分让学生讨论某位影星可能说了什么谎话,并按照讨论的结果写出一份关于某影星的独家新闻。
二、学情分析
教学对象为高二学生,智力发展趋于成熟。他们的认知能力有了进一步的发展,渐渐形成用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力,因此在教学中我特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。
课前学生通过网络和其它途径加拿大的相关知识有一定的了解,但学生缺乏足够的词汇,很少用英语表达和交流。本课通过任务型课堂活动和学习,让学生自主参与课堂活动,形成主体,学会把语言和现实生活联系起来。
学生这是第一次接触新闻题材的文章,但学生在日常生活中对新闻并不陌生,课时中设计的信息查找问题,三分之二的学生应该能顺利完成,对于说的任务,学生通过讨论,一般学生能够完成,并且要求基础较好的学生能口头表达,中等基础学生可以看提示完成。三、教学目标

四、教学理论,教学方法
我的教学设计贯彻以下的教学理念,依据任务型教学法,使学生成为课堂真正的主人,而老师是组织者,监控者和帮助者;把语言结构和语言功能相结合;在学习英语语言中接受一定的情感育。
1.速读法:根据高中英语教材侧重阅读理解特点,让学生快速阅读,以尽快了解文章的大意。
2.详读法:训练学生仔细阅读获取信息的能力,挖掘文章的有效信息,理解篇章细节。
3.?问答法:帮助学生理解文章的细节。
4.?讨论法:通过Pair?work,?Group?work,让学生都得到一次口语训练的机会.我会根据文章设计一些适当的话题。
5.?快乐教学法:在教学过程中,尽可能利用多媒体技术、图片、课件等刺激学生的感官系统,创造一种和谐的学习氛围,让老师教得开心,学生学得开心。

课前通过展示日常生活怎样获取新闻方式的的幻灯片,在学生预习和查阅相关资料的基础上,让学生回答,进而激发学生对本单元话题的兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,引入本课主题。
StepⅡ:Getting the scoop (while--reading)
此处阅读注重培养学生查找信息的能力,因此分别就fast reading 和careful reading 设置任务。
在fast reading 任务中设置一个题目,依据提示概括文章大意。
Task 1) What is the passage mainly about?(设计说明:培养学生概括大意的能力)

评测结果分析:本班48人,三分之二的学生能很好地完成练习,其中第一题的词汇短语完成句子题目完成的不错,少部分学生对完成句子把握还有欠缺,基础知识掌握还不够熟练,有待进一步练习与把握。

Did he need money? There has been a strange thing happening in a downtown shopping area. It is said that a famous film star, Wang Ping, was caught stealing a gold necklace yesterday. 本课的教学围绕教学目标展开,基本完成了教学任务,做到了由浅入深,环环相扣,衔接自然,学生在课堂活动中表现积极活跃,从个体活动到小组活动,再到集体活动,学生都能够积极参与,全身心投入,个体活动与集体参与都有所体现,使学生在有限的时间内最大限度的学到实在的知识,对新闻的制作由了解到叙说,把握很到位,这点比较满意。但是美中不足之处是对讨论活动的监控和测评方面经验欠缺较多,还有提升的空间;再者,对于知识点的讲解设置环节不到位,没能留出足够的时间来处理知识点,有时鱼和熊掌不可兼得,心有余而力不足,下步要进一步打磨课堂有效环节,争取更高效的完成教学任务。
