一、 Unforgettable Experiences 难忘的经历
This summer vacation, I went to the East Lake which is one of the most famous places in Wuhan with my friend Tom.
When we got there, we first walked around the lake and tried some local snacks, and we also talked about our dreams and shared some interesting stories with each other.
Last Spring Festival,my family and I swept out dust and hung couplets before it came.
On the eve of the Spring Festival, all my family members got together to enjoy a big dinner and expressed our best wishes to each other.
We also set off fireworks and watched the lion dances, which made the festival full of fun and excitement.
二、 Problems and difficulties 困难与挫折
I used to have too much pressure with my schoolwork because there were always a lot of exams and homework to finish.
Sometimes I felt upset and didn’t want to talk to anyone when I got bad grades in the tests.
I also had some problems getting on well with my parents, because they always asked me to spend more time on study instead of doing my hobbies.
I once argued with my mother about my after-school activities, and we didn’t talk to each other for two days.
I found it hard to balance my study and my hobbies, which made me feel stressed out all the time.
三、 Changes and Improvement 改变与进步
Over the past two years, I have changed a lot in my physical health, learning methods, living habits, and social skills.
As for physical health, I didn’t use to like playing sports, but now I’m fond of playing basketball with my classmates after school.
In terms of study, I used to spend a lot of time on it but I didn’t get good scores. however, at last I have found my own learning methods which helps me a lot.
I didn’t get on well with my classmates before, but the situation has improved a lot by helping and understanding others.
I also used to stay up late watching TV, but now I have formed a good living habit and go to bed early and get up early.
四、 Feelings and Thoughts 心得与体会
It’s normal for students to feel nervous when there is an exam, so we don’t need to be too hard on ourselves.
Don’t worry about the exam, because it doesn’t mean everything in our study life.
If you fail the exam, you can find out your mistakes and try some good ways to improve your schoolwork next time.
