What other facts do you know
S1: Hi, everyone! Today our group made a health brochure

S2: First, what causes digital eye strain The main reason is
using phones or computers for too long. We all spend
a lot of time on screens, right
S3: Next, how do you feel when you have it You might get tired, dry eyes, or headaches. Some people even have
double vision — super uncomfortable, right
S4: Now, why is this important to deal with Look here! If we don’t care about eye strain, our vision could get
worse over time. So we need to take it seriously!
S5: So what should we do to avoid it We listed easy tips: cut down screen time, do eye exercises, and see an eye
doctor if it’s bad. Do you know the “20-20-20 rule” We put it in our brochure too! It’s simple: every 20
minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
