II. Teaching aims
通过本课的学习，学生能够：

运用推断总结的阅读策略，整合文本细节信息，推断文本的隐含之意，并尝试用简洁语言进行概括总结；
在梳理网络利弊及电脑发展历程的基础上，初步形成辩证看待技术发展的视角。
III. Teaching procedures
课时教学内容概述
本课时为思维技能和阅读策略的学习。 Thinking Skills部分为“细节分类”思维技能的学习。Activity 1为学习理解活动，学生基于图和文本，通过细节分类图表提取、整理、概括文本信息，初步认识和应用该思维技能。Activity 2为应用实践活动。学生阅读文本内容完成细节分类图表，巩固和内化Activity 1中所学技能。Activity 3为迁移创新活动。学生两人一组，根据细节分类图表，结合自身实际，对网络使用的利弊及网络如何改变生活进行讨论，帮助学生牢固掌握细节分类的思维技能，提升语言表达、信息整合、批判性思维、合作交流等方面的能力。Reading Strategies部分为 “推断总结” 阅读策略的学习，帮助学生整合文本细节信息，推断并总结文本的隐含之意。Activity 1和Activity 2为学习理解和应用实践类活动。学生通过阅读文本，提取并分类细节信息，基于信息推断并总结文本的隐含之意。Activity 3为迁移创新类活动。学生两人一组，谈论电脑的发展演变，并运用所学阅读策略，做出总洁。
