一般过去时
定义
一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，也可以表示过去经常或反复发生的动作。它常和表示过去的时间状语连用，如 yesterday（昨天）last week（上周）last month（上个月）last year（去年）two days ago（两天前）等。
一般过去时
肯定句：
主语 + 动词的过去式 + 其他。
例如：I played football yesterday.（我昨天踢足球了。）
当主语是第三人称单数（he/she/it 等）时，谓语动词也要用过去式，规则和一般现在时的第三人称单数形式类似，但这里是过去式的变化。
例如：She went to school last week.（她上周去上学了。）
否定句：
主语 + did not（缩写为 didn't）+ 动词原形 + 其他。
例如：I didn't watch TV last night.（我昨晚没看电视。）
疑问句：
一般疑问句：Did + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他？
例如：Did you go to the park last Sunday
（你上周日去公园了吗？）
特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词 + did + 主语 + 动词原形 + 其他？
例如：What did you do yesterday （你昨天做什么了？）
动词过去式的变化规则
规则变化：
①一般在动词原形末尾加 -ed。例如：look - looked，play - played。
②以不发音的 e 结尾的动词，在词尾加 -d。例如：live - lived，like - liked。
③重读闭音节（即：辅音 + 元音 + 辅音），双写最后一个辅音字母，再加 -ed。例如：stop - stopped，plan - planned。
④以 “辅音字母 + y” 结尾的动词，把 y 变为 i，再加 -ed。
例如：study - studied，carry - carried。
不规则变化：
有许多动词的过去式是不规则的，需要单独记忆。
例如：
am/is - was，are - were，go - went，come - came，take - took，see - saw 等。
时间状语标志词
除了前面提到的 yesterday,last week 等，还有 in + 过去的年份（in 2020）just now（刚才）the other day（前几天）等。
