Our school held a special activity last month. It was called “Exercise Month”. The main aim of this activity was to encourage students to take more exercise.
During Exercise Month, a variety of activities were organized. First, there was a morning jogging program. Every morning, students and teachers gathered on the playground and jogged together for about twenty minutes. This not only helped everyone warm up for the day but also improved their physical condition.
Secondly, an exercise competition was held. Different classes formed teams to participate in various sports events such as relay races, basketball games and rope skipping contests. The competition was fierce, and students showed great teamwork and sportsmanship.
