Although it is normal to get mad at others from time to time, we should always try our best to control our anger instead of expressing it in bad ways. When we’re mad, we might shout at other people or say mean things to them. After all, anger is like a fire. It can make you hurt others or yourself! Luckily, there are a few simple things you can do to stay calm.
