Do you like sports Do you train with your family or friends I love training with my husband Chris. I also train with my brother, his wife and our cousins. It’s like family fun time! The competition also makes us work harder.
If you can get your friend to join you, you will be able to (能够) encourage each other when you don’t feel like moving. If you set yourself a goal and add some competitions, the training will be much more fun. Time will fly and you will want to do it again.
This is why I had the courage to learn Chris’s favourite sport—climbing. It was challenging for me, but now we have more fun things to do together. In turn, I introduced Chris to two of my favourite sports: horse riding and hurdling (跨栏赛跑). Now he also loves them.
