本课主题属于“人与自我”范畴,涉及子主题“健康,文明的行为习惯与生活方式 ”。
本课延伸第三课关于将来时态的用法,学生通过学习Sandy 一家为出门旅游做准备以及在登机前与工作人员对话的英文表达,了解出门旅游时常用到的句型表达让孩子意识到做事要有规划,在公共场所要注意文明用语和文明行为。
教学目标
学习理解方面
在看、听、读、对话的活动中,获取,梳理对话中Sandy和她的家人计划在假期出行的事情。
结合图文,创设情境听、读、模仿表演对话,能够用句型“How long will… I will…”
(二) 应用实践方面
1. 通过问答和对话表演,让学生能够学会在机场与工作人员交流,了解出门旅行时常用到的礼貌客气的句型表达,并在今后自己的出行中注意文明举止。
2.结合图文,总结和阐述Sandy一家人的出行计划,让学生意识到做事要有规划。
(三)迁移创新方面
让学生为夏令营制作一份计划,可通过对话和报告两种方式呈现。
(四)知识目标
学生能够听,说,读,写ticket, week, see your ticket, stay (in/at). 并能正确使用句型 How long will you stay in… For two weeks.
学情分析
本单元延伸第三课关于将来时态的用法,对于五年级学生来说,将来时态是本学期的新知识,也是一个重难点,要在不断的句型练习中掌握这一句型的结构用法。
Teaching Procedures:
Step I : Greetings and warming up.
1. Free talk. (Say something about travel plan)
2. Guess teacher’s travel plan. Review the structure of “be going to”.
3.Lead in the new structure of “ I will …”
设计意图:本阶段的学习活动通过开放问题让学生思考并参与讨论同时引出本单元新句型。
StepII : Presentation
1.Introduce the new sentence “ I will…”
T: I will go to Xi’an on May 1. But my friend will not. She will stay home and clean here room. What will you do
Pairwork:
A: What will you do B: I will… .
Give them some words: clean my room, do my homework…
设计意图:帮助学生在真实语境中感知与关注核心句型,理解核心句型的结构并进行简单的交流。
2.Learn the new word “ticket”
Show a ticket. Let the students guess how I will go to Xi’an.
T: Can you guess how I will go to Xi’an Look, it’s my ticket.

T: Yes, I will take a plane. This is my ticket.
3.Show the picture of Wonderland and the picture of going to the airport.
Ask them some questions about Sandy’s travel.
Read the passage and find the answer.

设计意图:学生通过观察图片,观看视频和关联旧知,使已有的知识经验和学习主题之间建立关联,通过初读对话和寻找问题的答案这一过程初步理解对话内容。
5. PPT shows two places that I will go in Xi’an. The Terra Cotta Warrior and the Bell Tower. Then let the students guess how long I will stay in Xi’an.
T: How long will I stay there
S: Two days.
Show new word: weeks.
T shows some calendars, and demonstrate the new phrases a week, two weeks.
T: How long will you stay there S: I’ll stay there for a week.
Then practice in pairs freely.
设计意图:通过对话进一步学习新句型,内化语言,使学生能够运用所学知识进行简单的语言输出。
6. Read the passage again and answer the questions.

T: Are these three bags yours Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.
Let the students make some sentences like this.
设计意图:通过再读课文和回答问题进一步理解对话内容,为后面的语言输出奠定基础。
StepIII: Practice and consolidation.
1. Listen and imitate the text. Then pay attention to the word: may, sir, thank you, please. Let the students feel these words.
设计意图:回归文本跟读课文并感受里面的文明礼貌用语,从学习理解过渡到应用实践,为后面的真实表达做准备。
2. Show time. Practice in pairs and act it out. Students perform to be a clerk.
设计意图:给学生创造真实语境,通过角色扮演达到语言输出的目的。
3. Make a plan for the summer camp.
Task 1: Make up a dialogue to talk about the plan.
Task 2: Write a passage of summer camp.
设计意图:帮助学生迁移创新,创造性地运用所学语言,交流出行计划,向全班分享,学生从课本走向现实生活,在制定计划,交流计划的过程中,发展语言能力,形成文明礼貌的好习惯。
4. Let the students enjoy some beautiful and clean places, then compare with some dirty places, let them feel what we should do in the future to protect our environment.
设计意图:主题升华,让学生感受到日常文明的重要性,让他们在今后的生活中和出行时注意举止文明,保护我们的环境,以此结束我们本节课的学习。
