1. 寻求与给予建议的句型
Could you give me some advice （你能给我一些建议吗？）
How can I help you （我能怎么帮你？）
Could you... 比 Can you... 更礼貌、更正式，适合请求帮助。
give advice：固定搭配，“给建议”。advice 是不可数名词，不能说“an advice”或“advices”，但可以说“a piece of advice”（一条建议）。

2. 表达学习困难的句型

· I can hardly remember any new words.
（我几乎记不住任何新单词。）
have difficulty (in) doing sth：做某事有困难。介词 in 常省略。
hardly：副词，意为“几乎不”，表示否定含义。注意：它不是 hard（努力地）的副词形式。
She has difficulty (in) understanding long sentences.
（她理解长句子有困难。）
I can hardly finish the book in one day.
（我几乎不可能一天读完这本书。）
3. 描述学习方法的表达
· write down new words in a notebook（把新单词写在笔记本上）
· go over them whenever I have time （在我有时间的时候复习它们）
· copy down the whole sentences（抄下整个句子）
write down / copy down：记下、抄下。
“down”在这里有“写下、记录”的含义。
go over：复习、回顾，相当于 review。
whenever I have time：每当我有时间。
“whenever”引导时间状语从句。
