三、阅读理解(本题共15小题:每题1分,满分15分)
A
Why do some people go through hard times better Because they have resilience—the ability to get back up and stay strong. Good news! Resilience can be learned, not just born with. Here are five tips to build resilience.
Stay connected
Don’t face problems alone. Talk to people you trust—friends, parents or teachers. Adults may not understand everything, but they’ve also faced challenges and can offer helpful advice. Also, consider joining school clubs or sports teams—being part of a community builds support and confidence.
Take control
When facing difficulties or uncertainty, take small steps to regain a sense of control. Just do small things like making the bed. Pay attention to what you can change, not what you can’t.
Express yourself
Sometimes, it’s just too hard to talk to someone about how you feel. If talking isn’t working, try other ways to let out your emotions (情感) like keeping a diary or creating art.
Take care of yourself
Be sure to look after yourself. Getting enough sleep is very important. If you don’t, you may get angry and nervous easily when you have to stay sharp (机敏的). A well-rested body and mind deal better with challenges.
Look at the big picture
Your problem seems huge now, but bad times won’t last. You’ve driven away fears before—you can do it again! Simple skills can help: picturing calm places, listening to favourite music, or just breathing slowly. Life changes, but important things stay.
Developing resilience is a personal journey. Each challenge makes you more resilient, though you don’t see it yet. Just like building muscles (肌肉), resilience grows stronger with practice. Remember to ask for help when you need it. This is also a sign of strength.
26.What is resilience according to the passage
A.It is the ability to avoid as many difficulties as possible in life.
B.It is the ability to ask trusted people for help during hard times.
C.It is the ability to take control of difficulties and uncertainty in life.
D.It is the ability to feel better fast after experiencing unpleasant things.
27.“Sharing your problems with others can reduce stress and help you see things differently.” Which tip does this sentence most probably come from
A.Stay connected B.Express yourself
C.Take care of yourself D.Look at the big picture
28.What can we learn from the passage
A.Problems will go away if you pay no attention to them.
B.Growth comes from daily practice and asking for help.
C.Building muscle strength can solve every life challenge.
D.Smart teenagers should stay away from hard challenges.

Is the rise of AI doctors like something out of science fiction No, it is truly happening now. In different parts of China, we can clearly see how AI is bringing big changes to the medical field.
In February 2025, Beijing Children’s Hospital introduced China’s first AI children’s doctor. One day, an 8-year-old boy had sudden and unexplained epilepsy (癫痫). Thirteen top doctors tried hard to find out the best treatment. At the same time, the AI quickly looked into the boy’s medical history and symptoms (症状). In just a few minutes, it came up with a plan that was very similar to what the human doctors thought.
In Shandong, a worried couple decided to try an AI tool called DeepSeek when their child felt unwell. After offering the blood test results, DeepSeek suggested that the boy probably had a bad cold and recommended some medicine. Surprisingly when they went to the hospital, the doctor prescribed the exact same medicine.
Even in places that don’t have many medical resources, like some community hospitals in Wuhan and countrysides in Shandong, AI is giving a helping hand. In Wuhan, hospitals can now use AI to study CT in less than a minute. Before, it would take hours. In Shandong countrysides, there are AI systems that help patients describe how they feel and even make it easier for disabled people to get around in the hospitals.
All these real-life examples show us two important things that AI technology can do. It can help top doctors make better decisions and it can also make everyone in the country get health care more easily. However, the discussions are still going on. As one doctor said, “AI technology can give us ideas, but the care and judgment (判断) that humans bring are still needed.”

B.In Beijing, an AI children’s doctor helped an 8-year-old boy with a bad cold.

D.AI doctors can hardly make everyone in the country get health care more easily.
36.What does the writer think of AI technology
A.Touching. B.Worrying. C.Harmful. D.Helpful.

More than 50 years ago, farmers in China found an ancient underground burial site (埋葬地) built for the nation’s first emperor. Made up of nearly 600 separate areas—one as big as three football fields—the 2,200-year-old tomb held more than 7,000 life-size clay (黏土) statues of soldiers. Today, they’re known as the terra-cotta warriors.
Earlier researchers had wondered if the ancient sculptors mixed and matched a few different sets of clay ears, noses, and mouths to save time. As they continued to study the soldiers, however, they noticed something surprising: Every warrior seemed to have a different face. A few years ago, Chinese scientists decided to study those faces with the help of 3D technology.
Waving a scanning machine around a warrior’s head, the Chinese researchers captured (捕捉) about 35 million digital points, making a map of the face. That scan was then turned into a 3D digital model.
Computer software measured (测量) eight facial features, like nose length and mouth width—things that make humans unique (独一无二的). Then that data (数据) was compared with data from other 3D models.
Scientists have now studied at least 58 warriors and believe that the facial features are all unique. But why
In the journal Heritage Science, the Chinese scientists wrote that their research probably shows the terra-cotta warriors were meant to be a “real” army to protect the emperor in the afterlife and therefore needed to represent 7,000 unique people.
They still have questions, though. What if the shape of the faces changed in the 2,200 years since the clay soldiers were buried How would that influence the facial features’ measurements
But for many people, it doesn’t matter if all 7,000 statues are unique—the warriors simply represent a proud history.
“I was allowed to visit the terra-cotta warrior site and was face-to-face with a clay soldier,” says National Geographic Explorer Albert Lin, whose family is from China. “I felt like I could have been looking at my brother or an uncle or somebody.”

38.After studying at least 58 warriors, what did the Chinese scientists find about them

39.What does the underlined word “that” mean
A.The “real” army that was buried.
B.The way of burying the clay soldiers in the past.
C.The change in the faces’ shape over 2,200 years.
D.The measurement of the facial features of the warriors.
40.What do we know from Albert Lin’s words

High on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau lies China’s “water tower” Sanjiangyuan—the source of three important rivers: the Yellow River, Yangtze River, and Lancang River. The three rivers provide water for about 50 percent of people in China. However, during the mid-20th century, the area of snow, grasslands and lakes in Sanjiangyuan were becoming smaller because of climate change and human activities. Many wild animals living in the area were facing extinction (灭绝).

The government is continuing to improve the environmental protection management system. But now local people are regularly called on to pick up waste on the grasslands. People also take their food waste down the mountains. The grasslands have put on a new look.
Social organizations have also worked hard to protect Sanjiangyuan. They are working on nature education. By taking teenagers to mountains and lakes, the organizations are trying their best to encourage young people to take part in their environmental protection activities.
