2学情分析
学情分析:初一(10)班共有26名学生,13个上海学生,13个外地学生,上学期终考试成绩班均分50分左右。
当我知道我要去任教这个班级时,我想我要做好充分的心理和思想准备,我要面对一个基础很差的班级学生。我应该如何面对,如何迎接这么大的挑战,我有什么好的方法和办法去面对学生。
经过思考后,我决定还是从学生出发,既然学生没有好的基础,那我就给他们打基础。在教学进度上,做到尽量慢;在教学内容上,做到从简单开始;在教学要求上,做到严格要求;在教学方法上,采取多层次,多反复,人人读出,人人懂的准军事化训练为主教学方法,逐步引导他们入门,提高他们学习英语的兴趣,从而提高他们的英语成绩。
