【学情分析】
本班学生的英语学习状态呈现圆锥形状,英语成绩较好学生占班级四分之一,后进生占四分之一,且由于学习基础和学习习惯的影响,严重影响他们的学习兴趣,在学习的主观能动性上有待提高。后进生没有能力进行自主学习,但能在老师的引导和帮助下,力所能及地做作业、订正。极少数成绩较好的学生能在老师知道下有拓展空间。总体而言,学生英语基础差,学习的兴趣不浓厚,英语学习习惯不够良好,尤其对灵活知识的运用比较欠缺。2·1·c·n·j·y
