Language Points
频度副词是英语中表示动作发生频率、次数多少的副词。常见的频度副词有：always，usually，often，sometimes，seldom，hardly ever 和 never等。
频度副词主要用于一般现在时，表示经常性、习惯性的动作；也可用于一般过去时，表示过去的习惯性动作。
频度副词放在行为动词(实义动词) 之前(如 do, play, read, go 等)；放在连系动词be(am/is/are/was/were)之后；放在情态动词(can/may/must)或助动词(do/does/did/have)之后。

特殊情况：sometimes 位置灵活，可放句首、句中、句末，其余频度副词位置固定。
例：句首：Sometimes she draws pictures.

关于社团的调查
survey，可数名词， 表“民意调查、问卷调查”，前可加不定冠词a/an，复数形式surveys；也可作动词，表 “（对……）做调查”。
do/make a survey (of...)：(对…… )做一项调查
survey sb./sth.：对…… 做调查
例：
作名词：We do a survey about clubs in our class.
我们在班里做一项关于社团的调查。
作动词：We survey the students about their favourite clubs.
我们对学生做关于他们最喜欢的社团的调查。
relax作不及物动词：表 “放松、休息”，后无宾语（例如本句：听音乐后放松）。
relax作及物动词：表 “使放松”，常见搭配“relax oneself（放松自己）”。
第三人称单数形式为relaxes，形容词为relaxing（令人放松的，修饰事物）和relaxed（放松的，修饰人）。
例：This soft music relaxes me.
这舒缓的音乐让我放松。

exercise作动词：及物动词，表 “锻炼、训练”，后接宾语。
如：exercise my mind(锻炼我的头脑) / exercise the body(锻炼身体)
exercise作名词：表 “锻炼；运动”(不可数)/“练习；习题”(可数)。
如：do morning exercise(做早操，不可数) / do English exercises(做英语习题，可数)
mind作名词：表 “头脑、思考能力”。
mind作动词：表 “介意；注意”，常见搭配“mind doing sth.（介意做某事）”。
如：Would you mind opening the window 你介意打开窗户吗？

active：形容词，本句中表“活跃的；好动的”（描述行为状态），贴合社团调查中 “喜欢运动、爱活动” 的语境；也可表 “积极的”（如“take an active part in... 积极参加……”）、“起作用的”。

anywhere 表“在任何地方；到任何地方”。只用于否定句、疑问句和条件句，肯定句中替换为everywhere。

肯定句：I can go everywhere with them.
without表“没有；不用”，反义词为with（有）。后接名词、代词宾格或动名词 (doing)。
“否定 + without”表强烈肯定；本句是隐性双重否定，字面“没有它们我不能去任何地方”，实际表达“有了它们我才能去任何地方，它们对我必不可少”，比直接肯定更强调语气。
