Language Points
social为形容词，表 “社交的；社会的”，修饰名词skills（技能，可数名词复数），意为“社交技能”，是社团招募的高频表达。
improve：
及物动词：后接宾语，表 “提高 / 改善某物”。
例：You should improve your English speaking skills.
你应该提升你的英语口语能力。
不及物动词：无宾语，表“（情况 / 能力）提高 / 改善”。
例：Your English will improve if you keep reading.
如果你坚持阅读，你的英语会慢慢提高。

每个人都可以学习表演。
learn to do sth.为形容词，表“学习 / 学会做某事”，to后接动词原形，是表达 “学习某项技能 / 动作” 的核心句式。
act：表演；演戏、行动、起作用
例：
（表演；演戏）Everyone can learn to act in the Acting Group.
每个人都能在表演社团学习表演。
（行动）We need to act at once to join the club.
我们需要立即行动来加入社团。
（起作用）The plan starts to act after one week.
这个计划一周后开始起作用。

If为连词，引导条件状语从句，表 “如果”。
“one of +代词/可数名词复数”表 “…… 中的一员”，后接复数概念，本句us为宾格代词，表 “我们（社团成员）”。
fill“填满，装满，使充满”，fill in...表示“填写……”
拓展动词短语：be filled with“充满；填满……”
例：The form is filled with personal information.
表格里填满了个人信息。

form：名词：表格；形式；类型
动词：组成；产生
例：You need to write your name and phone number on the form.
你需要在表格上写下姓名和电话号码。
We want to form a new chess club in our school.

stay in shape表“保持身材；保持身体健康”。
stay在本句中为状态系动词，表 “保持某种状态”，后接介词短语/形容词作表语，不接宾语。（如：stay happy保持快乐；stay healthy保持健康）
have a good time表“玩得开心；过得愉快”，可同义替换为：have a great/nice/ wonderful time、have fun、enjoy oneself等短语。
shape多义名词，本句中表“身体状况；身材”；同时还有“外形；形状”的含义。
例：The cloud is in the shape of a little rabbit.
这朵云是小兔子的形状。

你可以保持身材，并且玩得开心。
