The problem our group received is “I’m afraid to speak in public.” Here are some of our suggestions for this friend. First, you should practice what you want to say many times in front of a mirror, friend, or family member until you become more confident. Second, try speaking to one person, then two, then three, so that you can slowly get used to talking to more people. Third, make sure you know your topic well because that will help you feel ready to talk about it and answer questions. Last but not least, taking a deep breath always helps calm your nerves. Remember, nobody is perfect every time! Just keep practising until you feel better.
