The Ways to Keep Healthy
Recently in China, managing weight has become a hot topic, highlighting how important health is. Keeping fit isn’t difficult; daily habits make a big difference.
First, choose healthier eating. Fill your plate with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Drink water instead of sugary drinks, and avoid too much sugar or fried food. Second, move your body regularly. Aim for at least 60 minutes of exercise most days—walking, running, dancing, or playing sports all count. Finally, sleep well. If you get 8-10 hours of rest each night, it helps your body and mind recover and grow strong.
