C(跨数学·数列的运用)
Have you ever heard of the Fibonacci sequence (数列) ? Let's take an example: 1 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 8 ... Each number is the sum(和) of the two before it. As we can see: 1+1 =2 , 1+2 =3 , 2+3 =5 , 3+5 =8 ... and so on ! Besides , two numbers next to each other have a ratio(比率) of about 1.618 (like 8÷5 =1.6), which is called the Golden Ratio.
According to historical records , Leonardo Fibonacci first wrote about the Fibonacci sequence in his book Liber Abaci in 1202. The Fibonacci sequence widely appears in our real world. Here are some examples ofit in nature and arts.
Many flowers have petals(花瓣) in the Fibonacci numbers. For example , the lily usually has 3 petals. The rose has 5 and the delphinium has 8. The numbers 3 , 5 and 8 are part of the Fibonacci numbers. When bees build their houses , they also follow the sequence. The number of bee cells(蜂房) in each row often matches the Fibonacci numbers like 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 8 ...
▲ We know painters like to use special shapes in their paintings. With the Fibonacci sequence in artworks , artists can create perfect designs. For example , the famous work the Mona Lisa follows the Golden Ratio. For musicians , they use the Fibonacci sequence to create certain musical effects. It is said that the Fibonacci sequence can help control the number of beats in each part. Next time , count the beats in your favourite song—is it 5 , 8 or 13 beats ? It's math that makes music sound great!
The Fibonacci sequence is useful in our life and it helps us to find the secrets around us.

① Have you ever visited any traditional Chinese gardens? They look like more natural sights than some Western gardens. They have a long history. As early as the year 1500 , there were two main types of gardens: imperial gardens and private gardens. Imperial gardens were for the use of the emperor and his family. Private gardens were built by important officials or wealthy businessmen . Both types of gardens were built for hunting and resting.

Firstly , keep a balanced diet with more vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk food like hamburgers and fried chicken. Secondly , exercise for at least 30
minutes every day. You can run , play basketball or even dance. Thirdly , get 8 hours of sleep each night. Staying up late makes us tired. Finally , talk to friends or teachers when feeling stressed. Smiling can make your heart lighter.

Have you ever heard of the Fibonacci sequence(数列)? Let’s take an example: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 ... Each number is the sum(和) of the two before it. As we can see: 1+1=2, 1+2=3, 2+3=5, 3+5=8 ... and so on! Besides, two numbers next to each other have a ratio(比率) of about 1.618 (like 8÷5=1.6), which is called the Golden Ratio.
According to historical records, Leonardo Fibonacci first wrote about the Fibonacci sequence in his book Liber Abaci in 1202. The Fibonacci sequence widely appears in our real world. Here are some examples of it in nature and arts.
Many flowers have petals(花瓣) in the Fibonacci numbers. For example, the lily usually has 3 petals. The rose has 5 and the delphinium has 8. The numbers 3, 5 and 8 are part of the Fibonacci numbers. When bees build their houses, they also follow the sequence. The number of bee cells(蜂房) in each row often matches the Fibonacci numbers like 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 ...
▲ We know painters like to use special shapes in their paintings. With the Fibonacci sequence in artworks, artists can create perfect designs. For example, the famous work the Mona Lisa follows the Golden Ratio. For musicians, they use the Fibonacci sequence to create certain musical effects. It is said that the Fibonacci sequence can help control the number of beats in each part. Next time, count the beats in your favourite song—is it 5, 8 or 13 beats? Dear teachers and students,
In recent years , with the development of people's living standards , how to keep healthy has received more and more attention. Keeping healthy is especially important because it helps us study better and face challenges bravely. Here are my suggestions.
I hope all of us can follow these steps to stay healthy. Let's enjoy our school life with strong bodies and happy minds! Thank you.
