Dear teachers and classmates,
In recent years , with the improvement in people's living standards , how to keep healthy has received more and more attention. Keeping healthy is especially important because it helps us study better and face challenges bravely. Here are my suggestions.
Firstly , eat a balanced diet with more vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk food like burgers and pizza. Secondly , exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. You can run , play basketball or even dance. Thirdly , get 8 hours of sleep each night. Staying up late makes us tired. Finally , talk to friends or teachers when feeling stressed. Smiling can make you happier.
I hope all of us can follow these steps to stay healthy. Let's enjoy our school life with strong bodies and happy minds! Thank you.
