Many students think that watching TV or using mobile phones for a long time is a good way to relax. But in fact, this kind of relaxation can make us more tired. It’s better to choose healthy and meaningful ways to relax. For example, doing some outdoor activities like walking, cycling or playing ball games can help us breathe fresh air and exercise our bodies. These activities can also clear our minds and make us feel more energetic.
Another good way to relax is doing something creative. Some students like painting, writing or playing musical instruments. These activities can help us express our feelings and reduce stress. When we put our heart into these things, we will forget our worries and feel peaceful. Reading is also a great choice. Are you emotional Do you often have strong feelings How do you deal with bad emotions
We feel angry or unhappy about the things we did not achieve, about the things we cannot have, and many other things. It seems that everyone carries their own bad moods. But neither unhappiness nor anger can help us. Over time, they can be a heavy weight on our shoulders.
These bad moods don't do anything good to us at all. So you might ask yourself —— is it possible to put down this heavy burden and give yourself a break It is quite possible. Start by actually learning about your feelings. How do they get inside of us Why do we carry them for so long instead of putting them down Can we live without them
By thinking about our bad moods, we can find healthy ways to deal with them. Unhealthy behaviors are not the way to do this. They provide no relaxation. Instead, there are better ways to deal with them. One of the best ways is forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a powerful tool. We should forgive ourselves first. We shouldn't keep bad moods inside. We must also forgive others who have made us unhappy or angry. This is not always easy. But when we learn to forgive ourselves, it becomes easier to forgive others as well.
There is nothing good about carrying years of emotional burdens. By forgiving ourselves and others, we can abandon our burdens and feel better about ourselves. When you do this, you will start to feel a lot lighter. Years of heaviness will be magically lifted! You' ll start to feel like you have more energy and you' ll be much happier with your life.

Snowstorms, lack of oxygen (氧气) and a freezing temperature of -20℃, Yue Kailang has experienced all these while climbing Mount Muztagata. The boy from Beijing finally reached the top of the mountain, at 7,546 meters, on July 29, 2022.
Yue was the youngest on the “Climate Action” climbing team. The goal of the team is to raise people’s awareness of global warming by climbing snow mountains.
“I loved nature when I was a kid. I often climbed mountains in Beijing. In recent years, more and more news reports have talked about the environment being polluted, and I feel quite upset about it,” said Yue.
Feeling necessary to do something, Yue took part in the “Climate Action” project. “Mount Muztagata is a good place to observe (观测) climate change because there are large areas of mountain glaciers (冰川),” saidYue. “I was shocked when I saw the snow line was rising every single day—the snow melts (融化) so fast that it can be seen with the naked eye! There is also a river formed by the melting snow. We can hear the loud sound of the flowing water.”
On the way to the top of the mountain, Yue also collected snow samples (样品), which were part of the project’s tasks. The samples will be given to scientists to study how air pollution and microbes (微生物) are causing the melting.
“We say ‘saving Earth’ every day, but I think taking real action is more important than just talking,” said Yue. “I hope my story can draw more young people’s attention to the serious problem of global warming. What I’ve experienced has shown that global warming is really not far away.”

The Pacific Ocean (太平洋) is the largest of the world’s four oceans. The Coral Sea is in the PacificOcean and is home to “one of nature’s greatest wonders”, the Great Barrier Reef. And the reef is now in danger.
It is the world’s largest coral reef system (系统). That is made up of about 3,000 different coral reefs. The reef is home to 400 kinds of coral animals and over 2,000 kinds of fish. Much of the life in the ocean calls the reef home.
However, global warming is causing a worse condition in the Great Barrier Reef. Rising ocean temperatures cause coral to give out the algae (海藻). The algae not only live in it, but also are the main food for the coral. Without it, the coral is still alive but is slowly becoming dead.
As even humans depend on coral reef systems for food, the death of the world’s largest coral reef system would be bad for the planet. Scientists hope they can help stop the global warming and protect nature’s wonders like coral reefs.
