·独立主格结构和with复合结构的构成相似,with复合结
构中去掉with,一般情况下就变成了独立主格结构。
with复合结构可以作伴随状语,意为“随着”,可以和as引导的
状语从句互换。但with复合结构只是一个介词短语,其中动词
是非谓语形式,而as是连词,句中动词是谓语动词。例如:“随
着时间的流逝”可用“as time goes by”或with time going by。
