Dear teachers and students,
In recent years, with the development of people’s living standards, how to keep healthy has received more and more attention. Keeping healthy is especially important because it helps us study better and face challenges bravely. Here are my suggestions.

Thirdly, get 8 hours of sleep each night. Staying up late makes us tired. Finally, talk to friends or teachers when feeling stressed.
