Do you have a sore throat, a runny nose or a headache Do you keep coughing or sneezing If you do, you probably have a cold or the flu, but which one do you have 31
Colds, which usually last about a week, make a difference to the nose most. They usually cause a runny nose and sneezing. 32 Sometimes, they result in a headache, a cough and some aching problems.
33 People with the flu usually get all the problems above. However, they also get a high fever, a dry cough and much worse aching. The problems also last much longer. Sometimes you can’t get better for at least two weeks.
The flu can be a terrible thing. The old, who are less healthy than most young people, can die from the flu. 34 The injection (注射) is necessary and can truly save them.
Try not to touch your nose or eyes if you have been close to someone who has a cold. 35 If you catch a cold or have the flu, go to bed for a while. Doing what we tell you will help you get better. Drink lots of water and stay in a warm, well-aired room. If you have a headache, take some medicine. And it’s a good idea to cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze.

Exploring nature is a wonderful experience that everyone should have. It not only allows us to see beautiful scenery but also helps us grow as individuals. Here are some stories about people exploring nature and what they learned from it.
Lisa, a 14-year-old student, went on a three-day camping trip with her family last summer. They set up a tent in a forest and spent their days hiking and fishing. On the second day, they got lost in the forest. At first, Lisa felt scared, but her father told her to stay calm and look for signs. They followed the sound of a river and finally found their way back. Lisa learned that when facing difficulties, being calm and patient is very important.
Tom, a 15-year-old boy, loves exploring mountains. He has climbed many small mountains near his home. Last month, he climbed a higher mountain with his friends. The climb was very hard, and he wanted to give up several times. But with the encouragement of his friends, he kept going and reached the top.
