Art in a Cup
At a cafe,a staff member carefully pours milk into a cup of coffee.

Rise of the culture

African Arts-Global Conversations brings African artists into greater,more meaningful historical conversations about art.The pieces on show are from a wide range of time periods,from 2300 BCE to the present day.
The exhibition uses a special way to display the African works.They are put alongside collection objects from outside of Africa that share similar themes-from style and history to design and aesthetics (美学).For example,an Kuba artist's mask of Wóot is shown alongside George Washington's portrait.Both men were great leaders.
