What makes a great team Different people may have different answers, but there are some common secrets.
First, good communication is the bridge of a great team. Team members need to talk openly and listen to each other carefully. When someone has a problem, others should offer help instead of criticizing. For example, in our class basketball team, we have a rule: before each game, we have a 10-minute meeting to discuss strategies. This helps us work better together.
Second, a shared goal is the direction of a great team. All members should work towards the same goal. If everyone has different ideas, the team can't move forward. Once, our science team decided to build a small robot. At first, some members wanted to focus on appearance, while others cared more about function. We had a long discussion and finally agreed on a shared goal—to make a useful and attractive robot.
Third, respect is the foundation of a great team. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. We should respect each other's differences. For example, in our group project, Tom is good at designing, and I am good at writing reports. We respect each other's skills and work together smoothly.
In fact, a great team is not about having the best members, but about working together in the right way. When team members communicate well, share the same goal and respect each other, they can overcome any difficulty.

In a small town called Greenwood, a simple act of kindness started something amazing. One rainy afternoon, 13-year-old Ben noticed an elderly woman trying hard to carry heavy grocery bags. He offered help at once and walked her home. Touched by his kindness, the lady gave Ben a box of homemade cookies.
Ben decided to share the cookies with his neighbour, Mrs Carter. She was very happy. She gave Ben a book about local history. Ben then sent the book to the school library. When the librarian learned the story, she shared it in the school newspaper.
Within weeks, some students started “The Circle Project”. They recorded kind acts on paper circles. These circles were on show in the hallway-showing actions like helping clean classrooms, teaching younger students, planting trees in the community park. Each circle meant a link in the chain of goodwill.
Surprisingly, the project reduced arguments among the students by 30%. Teachers reported that it improved classroom atmosphere. The circle kept growing—even local businesses joined by giving away books and sports equipment.
This chain reaction proves that small acts of kindness can create lasting positive changes. By passing on goodwill to others, we build a stronger, happier community for everyone.

例文
Happiness of Helping Others
Helping others brings real happiness. Last Saturday afternoon, I saw an old man dropping his bags near a supermarket. He looked worried and tried to pick them up slowly.
I quickly walked over and helped him collect his things. I did this because he really needed a hand and it was the right thing to do. After putting all bags back in his cart, he thanked me with a big smile.
I felt happy and warm inside. That day, I learned that even a small act of kindness can make a difference and bring joy to both sides.
