Making a kite
I’m interested in kites, so I made a kite by myself at home last Saturday.
Before making it, I prepared a piece of silk, a knife, a pair of scissors, a needle, some thread and a long string. When everything was ready, I began to make it. First, I cut the bamboo into thin pieces. And I fixed the thin bamboo pieces to form the shape of a butterfly. Second, I cut the silk and fixed it according to the shape. Finally, I tied the string to the kite. Then the kite was finished. I tried to fly it high in the sky and I succeeded.
Practice makes perfect. I’m going to make more beautiful kites by myself in the future.
