一、模块教学建议
语言功能:描述将来的行为与状态
学习任务:Robot will do everything. Will it be windy in Beijing Yes, it will. No, it won’t.
运用任务:描述将来你要做的事情;看图续话;根据图中情形,预测将要发生的事情;预测天气情况等。
模块分析:本模块出现了机器人和天气两个话题,但语言学习内容均围绕描述将来的行为与状 态进行。学习Unit1时,教师宜先帮助学生回忆学过的动词和动词词组,以便学生能流利表述将来要做的事情;学习Unit2时,宜先复习有关天气的形容词,特别让学生留意表示天气的符号,为进行“猜猜天气”的活动(见活动2)做好准备;学完Unit3 后可让学生开展“小小气象员”的实践性活动(见活动3),并要坚持经常。
二、活动建议
活动1:理想化的机器人
活动目的:巩固和练习描述将要做的事情的表达法,培养学生的想象力和写的能力。
活动准备:纸,画笔
活动过程:课下让学生每人画一个机器人,并写一句话描述自己最希望他做的一件事。如:"It will play computer game with me."下一节课上,请一些学生展示他们的画,并说明他们的机器人能做什么。
活动2:猜猜天气
活动目的:巩固和练习表示预测将要发生的事情的语句,激发兴趣。
活动准备:一张中国气象图
活动过程:教师贴出一张中国气象图,提前用小纸片遮住各地的天气情况,学生分组猜测各地将来的天气情况,如: “It will be windy in Beijing.” 或者 “Will it be windy in Beijing ” 猜对一次的一分,得分最高的小组获胜。
活动3:小小气象员
活动目的:培养学生的观察、做记录、分析统计等社会实践能力。
活动准备:天气情况一览表(参见教师用书P149)

教材分析:
本课是外语教学与研究出版社出版的新标准英语三年级起点第四册第七模块第一单元New York is in the east。本单元围绕“美国”这一题材开展,通过Daming 向Sam 讲解自己的综合实践活动,使学生了解有关美国的文化地理知识,由于本单元的内容很适合学生在网络上搜集信息,所以本节课我采用了英语与信息技术学科整合的方式。
教学目标:
1、 认知目标:
a. 谈论国家和它们的首都:Washington D.C. is the capital of the USA.
b. 能够用四个方向的词来谈论城市的位置: It’s in the east/west/south/north.
2、 能力目标:
能够使用计算机上网查询信息,能够谈论有关国家的信息;
3、 情感、策略、文化等有关目标:
激发学生学习语言的兴趣,培养学生的合作意识、创新精神和自主学习的能力;了解世界主要国家的国家名称、首都等信息。
教学重点:
借助网络学习说明方位。
教学难点:
1、 利用网络搜集、整理有关信息;
2、 运用语言。
教学媒体的使用:
本节课,我利用自制的教学网页展开教学。首先,借助网页出示歌曲,把学生带入了快乐的英语学习氛围中;为了培养学生自主学习的能力,我在新词的学习部分设计了借助金山词霸学习生词,还通过网页让学生自学课文,这些活动的设计都极大地调动了孩子学习的积极性和主动性;在解决本课重难点的时候,我借助网页展示了美国地图和中国地图,让学生自由的谈论城市的方位,把本来很抽象的东西,变得很具体;最后,我为学生设计了一个任务,让学生搜集五个著名景点所属国家的信息,学生小组合作,通过教师做的网站去搜索有关这五个国家的有关信息,并填写表格,这个任务的设计是为了培养学生的合作意识、自主学习能力和探究能力。
教学方法:
坚持以话题为核心,以功能、结构为主线,以任务型活动安排本课教学。
教学过程:
在教学中,充分发挥现代化教育教学手段,利用课前制作好的网站,与学生共同交流,给与学生更多的自主学习的空间,在学科整合的过程中,努力培养学生的综合实践能力和创造能力,为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。

(1) 新课导入
T:Now, let’s look at the pictures on the right. Do you know these places

(在复习旧知的基础上,我利用自制的网页出示美国的几个著名的景点,引入本课的主题,了解要学习有关美国的一些文化地理知识。)
(2) 新词学习
T: First, let’s study the new words with the computer. Now, look at the screen. Click on ‘New words’ page. You can use ‘金山词霸’ to look for the words. Put on your earphone.
(The students use ‘金山词霸’ to learn the new words by themselves. They should read the new words loudly. Then, some students are asked to read the students. )
(为了培养学生自主学习的能力,在正式学习课文之前,我设计了新词的学习,教学生借助金山词霸查询生词、学习生词的读法。然后,学生自学新词,学生汇报所学生词。)
(3) 课文学习

T: Before seeing Daming’s project, there are six questions for you. Let’s read together.

T: Now, you can click ‘Text’ on your main page. Put on your earphone. Listen and try to find the answers.
(The students read the text followed the computer loudly. Then answer the teacher’s questions. Later, they go on learning the text by themselves.)
(课文的学习部分,我借助电脑多媒体课件,为学生创设出情景,我们的好朋友Daming正在给Sam讲解他的project,问学生是否想知道。在听课文以前,我利用自制的网页给学生提出六个问题,让学生带着问题看课文,激发学生自主学习的兴趣,然后学生自己利用教学网页来学习课文,学生看课文后回答问题。这部分的设计将课堂教学由过去注重教师教转化为现在的学生学上,体现以学生为主体的教学模式。)

Weekend是《新标准英语》三年级起点第四册Module 9的内容。通过Unit 1 的学习,学生能听懂、理解和表达过去发生的事,并能掌握一般过去时的一般疑问句及回答。Unit 2 是复习和巩固了动词一般过去式。
二、设计理念(教法、学法)
本模块的设计理念是从激发学生的兴趣入手,引导学生由字到词,由词到句,再由句到篇用于生活,循序渐进地达到学习目标。并进行“说唱歌谣、游戏活动、全新演绎、激活课堂”的全新教学模式,使整个教学体现全员参与,体现合作探究,在活动中开始,在游戏、情景中操练,再运用中创新,充分发挥学生的自主性、创造性。
三、教学目标
1、知识目标:
(1)掌握一般动词过去式(verb + ed),谈论过去发生的事情。
(2)学习与掌握词汇“phone , cook , help , dance , stop , yesterday , day ,”及句型“Yesterday , I helped Mum . Did you help Mum Yes, I did. / No, I didn’t.”
(3)学生能够理解本模块的句型大意,并能用准确、流畅的语音、语调跟读、朗读并表演课文。
(4)学生基本上能用本堂课所学知识与平时的积累合作编造对话。
2、能力目标:
(1)培养学生标准、流畅的语音、语调及语言交际能力。
(2)培养学生合作学习的能力,在游戏活动中最大程度地调动孩子们的学习积极性。
(3)在教学活动中培养孩子们的观察和总结能力。
3、 情感目标:
(1)运用丰富多彩的课堂教学活动,使孩子们体验到学习的乐趣。
(2)采用多种奖励方式激励学生勇于参与并能体验到成功的喜悦。

五、教学流程:
Step 1:Warm up (热身活动)
1、 Greeting .
2、 Sing an English song “ Head , shoulders , knees and toes . ”
3、 Do the action just like the teacher “I jump, I jump, I jump jump jump .
I walk , I walk , I walk walk walk….”(学生在刚上课时,常会因课间活动而情绪不稳。运用英语歌曲与游戏,创设学习英语的情境,可很快吸引学生的注意力,使其转移到英语课堂中来。)
Step 2:Teach the new words
1、Review the last module ( Get all the students to answer the questions together. ) .
2、Teach the new words and do the actions :(呈现教学单词卡片,师生边学边做动作,并板书单词。)I phone, I phone, I phone phone phone ; I dance , I dance , I dance dance dance I I stop , I stop , I stop I stop I stop ; I help , I help , I help help help ….
3、Play guessing games : a) Look at the teacher’s mouth and guess what word the teacher says .(由个别到集体参与,看口型猜单词,能帮助学生准确发音。)
b) Do the actions and guess . (全体同学分成若干组,每组推选出一名“模仿秀”,教师分别向他们出示动作图片,他们只能用动作表演出来,然后本组其他同学猜,在规定的时间内看哪组猜对的单词多即获胜。这个游戏能培养学生合作能力。)
c) Drive a train .( 请每组前排的学生上台,老师悄悄告诉每人一个单词,哨声一响,他们立即传单词,完成即准确又快为获胜组,奖励每人一张贴贴画。这个游戏能培养学生合作能力。)
Step 3:Teach sentences
1、Do the actions and guess .(请个学生上台做动作,动作做完后,师生才对话并板书重难点句。)T : Did you phone / help your mother

2、Read the sentences .
3、Play a game : (学生边拍手边说句子 : Did you …. 两次,然后由其中一个学生点组内另一个人的名字,被点到名者,立即回答:Yes , I did . / No , I didn’t .慢者则罚跑一圈。)
4、Do the actions and guess . (全班分成五组,每组推选出一名“模仿秀”,教师分别向他们出示动作图片,他们只能用动作表演出来,然后本组其他同学猜,在规定的时间内看哪组猜对的单词多即获胜。这个游戏能培养学生合作能力。
如:组员:Did you watch TV Did you walk 表演者:Yes , I did . / No , I didn’t .)
Step 4:Teach the dialogue
1、First , listen and point to the dialogue ,then read after the tape for 2 times .
2、Let the students act out the dialogue in pairs . (比一比,谁是最佳表演家?敢于上台表演者,将奖励贴贴画。)
Step 5:Practice
1、Do page 35 , Part 2 : a) The teacher says the sentences and the students point to the pictures . b) The boys say the sentences and the girls point to the pictures .
c) Do in pairs , one says and the other points . (必要的机械练习是为了使学生能够更好地掌握新授知识,为下面的练习打下基础。)
2、Do page 35 , Part 3 : I am the best interviewer .(在规定的时间内,比一比,谁采访得最多,谁就是最佳小记者,便得贴贴画。)
Step 6:Homework (调查表格式的实践活动)
亲子活动:在page 35 , Part 3 表格“ My friend ”下面加上“ My father , My mother , My sister / brother / grandpa /grandma ”并且要采访完成,家长要签名。

讲解领读新词,并提示学生根据这些新词想想大明发生了什么事情。
3、串联故事。

学生找出不会的单词。“voice, agree, think, be quiet” 首先让他们通过课文猜汉意,然后由老师讲解。
讲解“think”时,教师可以在一个不透明的口袋里放一件物品,让学生触摸,然后使用“ I think it’s a(an)…”猜测。
教师可以放两个钢笔让学生用“I think this blue pen is better than the black pen .”学生四人小组练习。
讲解“voice”时,老师可以夸张地张开嘴向全班发声,然后重复单词“voice”,反复教授几遍,句型操练“I like her voice .” “I like his voice.”
小游戏:老师蒙上学生A的眼睛,请学生B说几句英语,唱歌或模仿动物的叫声,然后老师问学生A “Whose voice is it ”引导学生A回答 :“I think,it’s …’s voice.”
讲解“agree”时,教师可以出示两张书法或者绘画作品,并对学生说:“I think A is good ,but B is better. Do you agree ”引导学生说“Yes ,I agree.或 No, I don’t agree.”
讲解“quiet”,教师可以伸出食指竖在嘴唇前,发出“Shhhhhh ”的声音,同时说“Be quiet.”

教材分析:
第四册第三模块的重点内容是单音节形容词的比较级,第四模块的内容是多音节词的比较级,所以学好第三模,很重要 。第三模块共分三个单元,第一单元是重点,第一单元的重点是让学生了解比较级的最简单的构成形式,能听懂、会说、会用。从与学生密切相关的方面, 让学生在感性上认识单音节形容词的比较级,older/younger/taller/shorter/stronger,第二单元和第三单元的内容是进一步学习、巩固单音节形容词的比较级的用法。我选的就是第一单元。
学情分析
两个实验班的学生从一年级就开始学习英语,在一、二年级时还学过音标,自学能力比较强,而且学习习惯比较好,坚持每天听录音,家长签字,一部分好学生一点即通,甚至在课前就能背诵课文。但是实验班的缺点是由各种原因造成的学生两极分化比较严重。学生特别顽皮贪玩,所以组织课堂时应注意多组织趣味性的活动。
教学目标

2能听懂会说下列句型

出示单词卡old(er) ,解释“ Look, old,加er, older ”然后让学生说出汉语,(Repeat 3 times)鼓励学生用不同的语气说old(er), 并用体态语让学生对“old(er)”一词心领神会。接着问:Guess, who is older, Sa or Sb “Yes, Sa is older than Sb. So, Sb is younger . And Sa(Sb) is younger than me.”接着解释“ Look, young, 加er, younger”,接着进行猜猜看的游戏,“Who is younger, Sc or Sd ”接着说韵句“Who is older/ younger Sc is older/ younger.
2) Learn to say “Who is taller or shorter than … ”
Chant之后,接着比较Sc and Sd . “Look, Sc is taller than Sd, and Sd is shorter than Sc .” 然后出示单词卡taller、 shorter,让学生注意结构,并说出汉语,并拼读单词,辅助体态语,然后进行猜猜看的游戏,“Who is taller or shorter, Se or Sf ” 然后教学生说Chant “Who is taller/shorter Se/f is taller/shorter. ”
然后出示单词卡than。
3) Learn to say “One is stronger than… ”.
由Sg和 Sh 的掰手比较,引出stronger和weaker.通过高低不同的声音领读和个别读,巩固发音和对这两个词的理解,接着就让学生拼读stronger。然后是猜猜看的游戏 “Who is stronger ,Si or Sj ”. 答对了奖励自画图。
4)巩固词汇
先齐读一遍,然后老师轻声读,让两个学生贴词。

这节课的教学内容为有关天气的单词和句子的一些用法,涉及的语言功能是谈论将来的天气状况。本模块拟用三课时完成,本节课是第二课时。 ( 由于第三册上学期未学完,故本单元的有关天气的单词为新内容。)

我校学习本册书的是五年级的学生,他们已有一年多的英语学习经历有一定的语音、语感和语调基础,兴趣保持较好,活泼,好动,模仿能力强,自主学习能力也很好。

一、模块教学建议

教学反思:
本教学设计有两大特点:
1、 情景教学法。情景教学法让学生置身于真实语境中学习真实的语言,充分发挥他们的主体作用。本节课我对教材内容进行了适当的调整,把课本上的死内容变成了学生的活需要,为学生提供了较真实的开口说英语的环境,教学质量得到了很大提高。
2、 任务型教学。任务型教学的倡导者认为:掌握语言的最佳途径是让学生做事情。我采用小组调查的形式让学生互相比年龄大小、个子高低和身体强弱,并在小组中交流,最后在全班汇报。学生通过调查实践,提高了语言的综合运用能力,体验到了成功的喜悦。

课题:UNIT 2 WILL IT BE WINDY IN BEIJING
一、教学目标
1、能听、说、认、读本课表示天气状况的单词:weather,windy,rain,sunny,cloudy,snow,cold,hot;懂看相关天气图标。
2、能用句型Will it be… in…?和其答语:Yes, it will./No, it won’t。
3、通过与同伴谈论天气,在练说英语过程中体验相互学习的乐趣,领悟团队合作精神的重要性,并能将在本课学到的句型自如地运用到日常生活中。
二、教学重点:培养学生用英语谈论天气的口语能力。
三、课前准备
教师准备:
(1) 心理准备:把愉快的心情和微笑带到课堂;
(2) 教具准备:录音机、一幅中国地图、一幅海南省地图、一些海南风光明信片、自制的相关天气图标卡、双面胶
学生准备:画画用纸(制作气象图标用)
四、设计理念
1、看教材时,我就想到,不应只是谈谈天气而已,而应结合些别的东西,让学生既感兴趣,又能长见识。鉴于此,我贯彻“学以致用”的宗旨,以“贴近生活,服务生活”为出发点,把本课设想为一次出门旅游前对目的地天气状况的关注。借此引起学生兴趣,同时渗透教育学生“出门看天气”的生活常识,树立用天气预报来为自己的生活服务的观念。
2、遵循《英语课程标准》理念。结合具体教学情境,对教材内容进行扩展,并赋予新内涵。我以海南的一些城市为话题,结合本课的功能句“Will it be… in…?”把巩固练习活动设计为“健康岛未来24小时旅游天气预报”(具体方法后面才谈到),给活动这样命名,彰显了时代气息,有渗透教育学生热爱家园,珍爱宝岛优越的生态环境的理念。同时,我以学生自己最熟悉的生活环境为话题,引用学生耳熟能详的本省城市名称,面向学生的现实生活世界,以吸引他们的注意力,调动他们参与教学活动的积极性,有利于培养学生的创新精神,突破复杂的学习领域。
3、要求学生制作气象图象图标卡片,锻炼学生动手能力,组织学生对作品自行评优,体验互帮互助的乐趣和在实践过程中带来的成就感。

Boys and girls, one day, robots will do everything for us.And we must remember not to let them do our homework. Right?学生回答“Yes”后,我接着说,随着科技的发展,我们生活和工作的自动化水平也越来越高,我们也就有更多的时间去旅游休闲了,你们说是不是呀!
出门游玩是件令人高兴的事,可是我们每次出门游玩不能做的一件重要事情是什么呀?对了,也就是我们常说的“出门看天气”,今天我们就来关注天气,了解天气动态对安排好我们的生活起居有着重要的作用。
(语言迎合学生心理特点,创设了轻松的学习氛围,把天气和游玩联系在一起,让学生产生了兴趣。)
(三)出示地图,认识气象符号
1、出示中国地图(我事先已模仿课文上的气象图标制作了类似的图标,贴于相关城市旁,并增加了一个关于“CLOUDY”的图标,贴在海南岛附近的位置)
2、让学生看地图,我说出不同城市的名称,要求学生在地图上指出来。接着,我引导学生看懂相关的气象符号。在这以后,我就看看外面,问到:“今天,我们这里的天气和图上哪些城市的天气一样呢?”学生回答后,我又问:“假如你们有机会去这些城市游玩,根据这些城市的天气预报,哪些城市适合我们去游玩,哪些不适合去游玩呢?”
(这里以关注天气预报为出门游玩做安排为话题,引发学生学习动机,使他们迅速进入英语课堂,为后面学习关于气象的英语单词做铺垫。这个环节会引起学生的讨论,从而渗透教育学生懂得趋利避害的意识,但教师要注意不能占用太多的时间。)
(四)趁热打铁,传授新单词
1、引语:同学们,让咱们言归正传,先来学习怎么用英语来描述这些天气现象,大家可要努力学习哦,后面老师还会和大家做一次有关于出门游玩的有趣活动。现在来看看重庆的天气预报……
2、指向地图上的银川市,由此引出单词“cold”我边说“It’s cold”边用双手交叉抱肩,模仿冷得打哆嗦的样子。学生领会后,就做以下的巩固练习:
A:T:It’s cold.
SS:(做冷得打哆嗦的动作)
B:请个别学生表演。
(操练时,我注意帮学生正音,对学生的表演表示赞赏。)
用类似的步骤教授其余的单词。
C:活动:Who’s faster (Listen and show)
把全班分成七个小组,一个小组负责画一个天气图标,画完后,请各小组选送两个他们认为画得较好的图标给老师,接着把全班同学分成A组和B组,A组有七个同学站到讲台的左边,B组也有七个同学站在右边,分发给每个同学一张天气图标。
操作模式:1、T:(说)It’s cold.
Ss:两组中手拿“cold”图标的学生把它举起。(既快又准者为胜利。)
2、请一学生来当老师,给学生发指令,继续活动。
3、统计结果,表扬,奖励“小贴画”。
(活动锻炼学生的动手和审美的能力。)
(五)多做练习,加深记忆
A、我说出与天气相关的单词,要求学生仔细听,然后指向正确的图,如:
T:It’s hot.
SS:指向“hot”的图标。
B:(1)放录音,要求学生边看课本边听,重复所听的句子并指向图中的正确位置。
(2)重放录音一遍,每句话暂停,学生指向正确的图片。
(3)再放录音,在播音员说出城市名称前停顿。要求学生合上课本,认真听,说出正确的城市名称。
(4)听力练习后,提问学生:
①播音员是否在讲述现在的天气?(不是)
②这些天气情况什么时候出现?(将来)
③你们怎么知道说的是将来的天气?(句子用了单词“WILL”)
(六)对话交流 学以致用
1、让学生看课本的第二幅图,并说出图中描述了什么?
2、板书以下语言结构:
Will it be…in…
Yes, it will./No, it won’t.
3、结合图画,和学生做示范,我指着地图上广州处,并说:”Sunny.”引导全班学生提问:Will it be sunny in Guangzhou 我点头并说:Yes, it will.接着指向重庆处又问:Will it be cold in Chongqing 我摇摇头引导学生说:No, it won’t.
按这个模式和学生做更多的示范,然后让学生两人一组继续这项活动,在练习三轮后提醒他们互换角色。
(七)扩展活动 走近生活
1、准备阶段:出示海南旅游地图。[我已事先在地图上贴上了“健康岛未来24小时天气预报”的标题,并制作了相关的天气图标卡片,上面画有气象符号,写有海南的旅游城市或景点的名称,如:海口、三亚、博鳌、金江、盈滨(老城)、天涯海角等,用双面胶把它们贴到了地图上相应的位置。]
2、活动阶段:我先请一位同学上台,站在地图旁,扮作气象播音员,我自己扮作游客,向他(她)查询气象信息。模式如下:
游客:取出一张博鳌风光明信片,放到投影机上,看看屏幕,(让学生来一次赏心悦目的视觉之旅,放松身心。)接着说:
Hello! I’m going to go to BoAo tomorrow
(引用第三册课本第三模块的主要语言结构)
Will it be sunny in BoAo
播音员:指向博鳌根据气象符号,给予肯定或否定的回答。
3、我和学生互换角色示范后,请学生上台表演。(表扬学生、激励更多的学生参与活动)
4、接近下课的时间,我将一张表示Sunny的气象图标贴在地图正中,并问:”Will it be sunny in Hainan tomorrow ”
学生们齐答:”Yes, it will”.
我接着说:我们海南岛又叫阳光岛、健康岛,是个世人向往的地方,老师希望你们努力学好英语,用英语把海南的美丽介绍给五湖四海的朋友们!

(八)任务设计
1、选一些你喜欢的城市或旅游景点,制作关于它们的气象图标。
2、看中央电视台《新闻联播》后的天气预报,或听电台广播,当听到播音员说:”北京,晴”,自己就把它译成”It will be sunny in Beijing”,并把它说给家人听。用类似的方法多做些练习。

4. 课文及生词教学:
1.教师谈话引入:
Are the robots capable Do you want to have a robot Have you got a robot But our good friend Daming has got a robot. Let’s see what his robot can do and what his robot will do.
2.学生观看课文CD-ROM.

3.学习生词walk, talk.
教师提问What can Daming’s robot do
学生回答: It can walk./ It can talk. 小组开火车读生词: walk/talk.
4.学习词组 do the housework, help children learn.
教师提问:But Daming hopes his robot will not only do these things. In his imagination, robots will do many other things. What his robots will do in his imagination
学生可能回答: do the housework.
教师适时补充: They will do the housework.
学习生词housework,可顺便与homework进行比较,并领读They will do the housework.
5.同法学习help children learn.
教师点明:Daming’s robots can not do these things now. They will do these one day. So we should say: They will do the housework. / They will help children learn.
(设计意图:通过观看课文录像,回答老师的提问的方式引出生词,使学生易于理解、接受,并为理解课文和完成交际性任务扫清障碍。同时,适时、适当地点明一下语言点也是很有必要的。)
6.游戏活动。Listen and do the action.
教师发指令:walk, talk, do the housework, help children learn. 学生做出相应的动作。
(设计意图:小学生的有意注意时间较短,经过一段较长时间的学习,注意力可能分散,这种TPR活动有助于活跃气氛,并能巩固所学生词和词组。)
7.听录音跟读课文:
教师谈话:It seems that you have known something about Daming’s robot. If you want to know more detail about his robots, please open your books and read after the tape.
学生跟读课文两遍后分角色朗读课文。
(设计意图:让学生听录音跟读模仿,有助于进一步理解课文并形成良好的语音、语调 。)
8.完成《活动用书》P6-1.
教师谈话:I think you know well about Daming’s robots. Now please open your Activity Book on P6. Let’s do Exercise 1.
(设计意图:通过完成《活动用书》的活动,既进一步学习、理解课文又可以照顾到不同学习类型学生的学习需求,为教师提供了对学生进行单独关注的机会,并了解学生对课文的掌握情况。)

活动(一):Guess what Miss Huang’s robot will do
教师谈话: Miss Huang admires Daming very much. And I have a dream, one day I’ll have a robot, and it will do many things. Now the robot in my dream comes to our class. Please guess what it will do.
请一学生上台,戴上机器人头饰扮演成机器人,并按老师悄声给的指令做动作,让其余学生猜。It will…
活动(二):Guess what your partner’s robot will do.
教师谈话: I’m sure you have the same dreams, too. Act out what the robot in your dream will do and ask your partner to guess.
学生在小组内,一人做动作,其余同学猜出:It will…后上台表演。
(设计意图:教师是课堂活动的促进者,通过创设学习语境和条件,让学生主动参与认知活动,通过“做中学”的活动来学习语言,使整个语言学习过程都以学生为中心,促使他们为了了解他们感兴趣的事情而主动运用所学的语言,从而产生成就感和对英语学习的兴趣。)
6. 看图说话
教师谈话:Sam hopes to have a robot, too. In his dream his robot is more capable than Daming’s. Look at P7, these are Sam’s robots. Please practice in pairs and talk about what Sam’s robots will do.
学生先在小组内看图讨论Sam的机器人将来能做什么,然后汇报。
(设计意图:此活动是为了让学生在老师设计的一个个有梯度的连续系列活动中扎扎实实地“一步一回头”地运用语言,最终完成任务。)
七.“我理想中的机器人”交流。
教师谈话:OK. Daming, Miss Huang and Sam all have a robot. Do you want to have your robot Please imagine what your robot will do one day, draw and write them out and talk about them in your groups.
学生在小组中画一画、写一写、说一说自己理想中的机器人能做什么事。
八.展示、汇报,评出“最能干的机器人”。
学生上台展示自己的机器人,并汇报他们将来会做的事。根据汇报的机器人会做事情的多少(既学生能说句子It will…数量的多少)评出“最能干的机器人”。
(设计意图:通过小组的“我理想中的机器人”交流展示活动,培养了学生的想像能力、表达能力和写的能力。在活动中,学生们能充分运用所学语言描述自己的机器人将来能做什么,尝到了“学了能用的甜头”。评选“最能干的机器人”活动又与课前所提的任务相呼应,把整堂课推向了高潮。)
九.作业布置。
