Why do we put Proof-reading in our entrance examination?短文改错的命题特点“考试说明”将短文改错列入写作部分, 间接考察考生的英语写作能力,检测考生 对书面语言的监察、校验能力。校检能力是进行书面表达的必备能力。短文改错正是重视检测考生对书面语篇的校验能力的培养。 题 材 特 点 语言材料通常为记叙文,短文为100词左右,其中1行正确,9行需要改正,错误类型包括缺词、多词和错词。
高考考试说明规定:短文改错的错误包括词法、句法、行文逻辑等,命题范围通常从以下几方面考虑:
1.考查学生对词形、词性变化的理解。
2.考查学生对受母语影响易犯错误的纠正能力。
3.考查学生对可能出现的语法、句法、逻辑等错误的校验能力。近四年短文改错设错规律近4年NMET短文改错测试内容解题思路和步骤 1.通读全文 掌握大意 基本把握短文的时态、人称及逻辑关系等。2.先易后难 缩小范围 先将明显的语篇、固定搭配等方面的
错误找出来, 缩小范围,分析难点。 3.仔细阅读 逐行查阅 根据上述几个方面的错误,逐行分析判断。 4.反复诵读 复查验证 通读全文,结合文章意思及行文逻辑验证答案。 短文改错要领: 动词形,名词数,
正确分辨形和副;
非谓语,细辨别,
习惯用法要记住;
正视冠词和代词,
逻辑错误须关注。口诀:一、动词形 主要包括两类错误:动词的时态和语态错误,以及主、谓不一致的错误。例如:We named him Jack and keep him for about three years.

1.通读全文,细致地分析理解每一个完整的句子, 不要为试题的故意设行所打断,一个句子可能要占 两三行。错误可能出在某一行的第一词,也可能出 在某一行的最后一词。
2.如有两行都难以找到错误时,与其乱改一行,不 如都打“√”以确保一行正确。
3. 要严格按照示范句,即用规定的符号去改错。不 要用文字去说明或用箭头去表示。
4.换词、去词和加词三者不可混淆。
5.标点符号不改,大小写不改, 短文内容不改。
