What is junk food What is healthy food
The differences between junk food and healthy food.
Junk food: has a lot of fat, sugar or calories but few nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Healthy food: has a lot of nutrients like protein and fibre but doesn’t contain too much fat and sugar.
Step 2:Practice

3.must表示对某人某事的猜测, 作“准是”,“一定” ,一般用于肯定句中。对过去发生的事情作肯定判断用must have done

2. should与ought to
1) 两者都有“应该”的意思,一般可通用。但should强调自己的主观看法;ought to更多地反映客观,语气更强,强调“有责任,有义务做某事”或“按道理应该….”
