疑问副词宾 语 宾语从句是主从复合句的一种。主从复合句是
由一个主句和一个或一个以上的从句构成的。
主句是复合句的主体,从句仅仅是主句的一个
成分,它从属于主句,不能独立。从句在全句中
充当什么成分,就叫什么从句。宾语从句当中的
从句在全句中作宾语。了解宾语从句不同引导词引导的宾语从句由从属连词that引导的宾语从句 由连接代词 Who,whom,whose,which,
what 和连接副词 where,how,why,when
引导的宾语从句由从属连词 whether, if 引导的宾语从句由从属连词that引导的宾语从句注:that 在句中无词汇意义,在从句中不能充当成分,
在口语当中往往省略e.g.
I hear (that) _______________________. (一小时后他会回来)

3. I don’t know ___________________________.(是否要下雨) if (whether) he will go to the park with us whether (if) he can come whether it is going to rain or not当句末为or not时,引导词只能用whether而不能用if.第一步:确定引导词
1.陈述句的引导词是that (口语中通常可以省略);
2.一般疑问句的引导词是if 或 whether ;
3.特殊疑问句是用原来用来提问的词作为引导词;
4.祈使句的引导词应分两种情况:肯定祈使句用to 引导,
否定祈使句将don’t 改为 not to 来引导。第二步:调整语序
宾语从句中需要的语序是陈述语序。因此,
1.陈述句作宾语从句时,语序不需要调整;
2.一般疑问句作宾语从句时,在用过if 或whether 引导以后,
要将一般疑问句的语序改为陈述句的语序。
3.特殊疑问句用作宾语从句时,在把特殊疑问词作为引导词之后,也要将后面的疑问语序改为陈述语序。
4.祈使句作宾语从句时,在用过引导词之后,语序不需要调整。第三步:调整从句时态
1.当主句是一般现在时的时候,从句就用原来的时态,不用作调整。
2.当主句是一般过去时的时候,如果从句也是过去的某种时态,从句时态也不用作调整。
3.只有当主句是一般过去时,而从句又不是过去的某种时态的时候,此时才需要将从句的时态朝过去推一步。从句时态的具体推法如下:
一般现在时 一般过去时; 现在进行时 过去进行时;
一般将来时 过去将来时; 现在完成时 过去完成时。直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系陈述句变为引导的宾语从句e.g.
1. He said, “You are younger than I ”.
2. He says, “Tom is a good student ”.
He said that I was younger than him. He says that Tom is a good student. 第一步:确定引导词
第二步:调整语序
第三步:调整从句时态直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系一般疑问句变为if (whether)

She said, “ Do you often come here to read newspaper? ”
“Will they go to visit the Great Wall?” he asked.
She asked if (whether) I often came here to read newspaper. He asked if (whether) they would go visit the Great Wall. 第一步:确定引导词

第三步:调整从句时态直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系e.g.
1. He asked, “Where do you live?”
2. “How can we get to the post-office?” he asked.

第三步:调整从句时态直接引语变间接引语与宾语从句的关系 1、当主句的谓语动词是一般现在时或一般将来时,宾语
从句的谓语动词可以用所需要的任何一种时态。
2、当主句的谓语动词是一般过去时,宾语从句的谓语
动词要用相应的过去时态,但当宾语从句叙述的内容
为客观真理时,仍然用一般现在时。
e.g.
The teacher said that the moon moves around the sun. 注 意:另外,以下几点必须注意:
1.Could you tell me /us 引导宾语从句时,其中的 Could 只表示礼貌和客气,不表示过去时态,因此从句的时态不应该调整。
2.祈使句中经常有 Please 这个词,用作宾语从句时,Please 就不要了。
3.无论主句是什么时态,客观事实或普遍真理用作宾语从句时,从句永远要使用一般现在时。
4.选择疑问句用作宾语从句时,通常用Whether 引导,特别注意 Whether or not 的固定用法。
5.如果宾语从句的人称与主句的人称互相冲突,从句的人称要作调整,要和主句的人称相一致。
6.祈使句作宾语从句时,不用调整时态,因为从句中的动词都是跟在 to 的后面,必须使用动词原形。
7.标点符号由主句决定,当主句是陈述句时,最后用句号;当主句是疑问句时,最后用问号。The radio says it _________ cloudy tomorrow. (be)
