Canada is one of the largest country in the world. From east to west there are six different time zones. Canada has a motto “From Sea”. On the West Coast there is the Pacific Ocean. On the
East Coast there is the Atlantic Ocean．On the North Coast there is the Arctic Ocean．
The geography in each province in Canada is very interesting．In Ontario and Quebec there is a large area of land．It is good for mining different kinds of minerals：gold, silver, zinc，copper and uranium．
In Ontario there are many lakes and there are many farms．Grapes, peaches and pears are grown in Ontario. Sugar maple trees grow in Ontario．
In the western provinces there are different geographic formations．In Alberta and Saskatchewan there are many hills where dinosaur bones were found．In Alberta people mine and drill for oil，potash，petrol and gas．The winters in the Arctic are long and dark．It can get very cold． Canada's geography has a little bit of everything．It is a mixture．It has ice and snow glaciers，rainforests and beautiful mountains．If you have an opportunity to travel across Canada，you will see them．
