Pre-task
Situation: 学校食堂的师傅不小心将今天中午的菜谱弄破了,请同学们帮忙拼好,将菜谱复原。
While-task 同学们将课前准备好的一道菜或食品的做法写在纸上,然后按照制作步骤将菜谱剪成三或四个部分。小组交换,看哪个组能够最快恢复菜谱的原貌。

Pre-task 课前让学生在一张制作精美的纸上,用英文写出一道菜的制作过程,同时画出草图,形成菜谱。小组制定成册,看哪个组做得最好。然后将每个组的成果汇集起来,挂在班级里供大家欣赏。

每一个学生都在家做好一道菜,然后带到班级中让大家一起品尝。(可以借用班会课,既让同学们学到了知识,也尝到自己做的食品,尝到了劳动的美。同时也培养了大家动手的能力。)
5.备课反思或体会
本单元是以做菜为话题的。这对学生来说,既是熟悉的,又是陌生的。因为现在独生子女是父母家长手中的宝,都受到很好的呵护,难得会动厨房。因此,这是一个学生与家长沟通的好桥梁,同时也可以教育学生自己做的菜即使味差点也很美。培养学生独立劳作的能力和意识。但是本单元选用的都是西餐的制作除了SELF-CHECK中的北京烤鸭,对学生来说都是比较陌生的,因此,在教了这些食物的制作过程后,尽量让学生从身边的事物着手去描述。本单元的备课仅做参考,还需要进一步的修改。
