1. Learn some useful words and expressions:

2. Learn preposition:
across from, between...and, near
3.(1)Ask the way:
Excuse me. Is there a library nearby
Excuse me. How can I get to Peking University
Excuse me. Which is the way to Haidian Theater
(2)Give directions:
Go along Suzhou Street and turn right at the third street.
Go straight ahead and you will see Peking University on your left.
The theatre is across from the hospital.
On the left is the First Reading Room.

Warming up: Listening to a song, Let the students do the action while they are listening.
Step 1 Review 10’
1.(Use CAI to show the books in different places of the box, make dialogues
to review preposition phrases.)
2.(Get some students to put a ball in different positions to review preposition phrases too .And then change the positions to lead the new prepositions. I will use the visual method and situational method to provide the words for next step)

2.(Use CAI to show two maps, Given a fixed location, ask the SS to go to another one ,demand the students to discuss in groups.)
3 T: (Do2, Listen and check the buildings on his way to school.)
Step 4 Project 10’
1.(Show a plan of our school , let the student be familiar with the campus environment and love their campus using the preposition phrases and the patterns of asking way.)

(2)Preview the new words of Section B.
