They are difficult to cure.There is a disease!That’s cholera!Bacteria of choleraCholera is a kind of terrible disease caused by drinking dirty water and it caused a lot of deaths in the old times and it was very difficult to defeat.But John Snow, a well-known doctor in the 19th century in London, defeated “King Cholera”.
He was born and worked as a doctor in Great Britain. He was originally an anesthetist(麻醉师).He was so famous that he became the doctor for Queen Victoria at the births of her many children and more importantly , “ Father of epidemiologist (流行病)”.
