4.Teaching Steps:
Step 1.Revision
(1).Listen to a song .(小黑熊,真顽皮,手里
拿着大画笔。画个天空是蓝色,blue blue 是
蓝色。画个太阳红彤彤,red red 是红色。画
个……)
Teacher:What words you have heard in this song The students will answer: blue, red green…….Then tell them: yeah, Today we will talk about the colors. Write down the word ‘color’, and teach the word.
(2)Show the colorful cards, ask:What color is the card Answer: It’s blue /black/brown….
Review the words: black, blue, brown, red ,
orange in Page 28.
Step2.Presentation
Ask the same question like Step1.(2):What color is this card (answers:white,gray,blond,
dark, yellow…….) Make the students guess the meaning of white/gray ……. Teach them these new words and write the new words on the blackboard. Then have one student stand before the class, the teacher ask: What color is her/his coat/gloves/skin/hair Teach skin
And write down the tittle : What color is her hair
Step3 Listen and say
SB Page33.Part1.(1)Make the students close the books and give them a question: what color are Maria’s skin and her hair Listen to the tape and find the answer. Check the answer.
(2)After the second listening, explain ‘give the letter to somebody’ by gesture (Give the letter to one of the students ) and teacher the word ‘letter’. Make sure the students understand: I’ll=I will. Explain for them.
(3)Listen to the tape again and let the students read after the tape. Give them two minutes to practice and ask several pairs of students to act out the dialogue.
Step4 Look, listen and match
(1)Teacher: Usually we have black hair, for example, Li Ming has short black hair. Wang Fang has long black hair. But many other people have different colors hair. Let’s look
at the picture in Part 2.
Teacher: She has long, red hair. Who is she
Students: The girl in Picture 1.(Teacher can help the students to answer the first question, if they aren’t sure.)Do the others like this.
(2)After this , ask one student: Li Ming ,what color is your hair What color is your partner’s hair Let students describe their own hair and their partern’s hair. Have the students work in pairs.
Step5 Look, ask and answer
Now let’s look at Part3 Picture1 .
T: What color is his hair in Picture1
Ss: His hair is black.
T: What color are his eyes
Ss: His eyes are brown.
Have the students do them in pairs like this .
Practice it for 4 minutes.
Step6 Play a game
Divided the students into several groups and every group chooses one student to write words of color on the Bb by using colorful
chalk. The fastest and the best is the winner. Give the winners red stars to congratulate them.

对儿歌中出现的颜色单词
记得牢固
由儿歌做引导,提出问题,导入本课的主题,这样比较贴切、自然。
通过展示卡片使学生对颜色有更直观、形象的认识,并且印象深刻,起到事半功倍的效果。还有利于导出本课的重点句型:What color is ……?
和上一步承接,还是用句型What color is……?导出新课,学习新单词。在此学习新单词我认为比较节省时间还有利于减轻学生在后段学习的负担。也是因为课堂的前段时间学生的注意力更加集中。
If the students can’t find the answer by listening ,they can read the dialogue.把这部分看成是听力材料,练习学生的听力。
第二遍和第三遍听力帮助学生纠正发音。
分角色练习能够调动学生的参与兴趣,对学生听说能力有很大的帮助。
通过实际现象导入第二部分并进行师生互动练习。并注重练习has的用法。
学生之间进行练习,体现人本主义教学活动,使学生相互了解。
这部分先由教师做示范,然后学生练习。体现教师在教学中的指导作用和以学生为中心的人本主义教学。在教学中,学生是参与各种学习活动的主角,这样才能最大限度的调动学生的学习积极性、主动性和创造性。
做这个游戏能够缓解学生紧张的注意力,消除大脑疲劳还增强了互动性趣味性。
并检验学生对单词的掌握
