suffering from unemployment. It can
be a direct cause of poverty. As we
know, poverty is a social phenomenon
that can cause a series of social
problems. The unemployed usually have a low income even no income, so they have no money to improve their housing condition, to have a healthy diet, to buy medical insurance, and to take up good education. We all know many people are infected with AIDS because of the lack of education. So when the poor get serious disease like AIDS, or when accidents happen to them, they have nothing to do but wait for death. So with our country’s economic developing, government programmes should be made to improve the health care condition of the poor.Homework 1. Retell the text using about 100
