One day, when he was having a rest beside the farm, there was a big rabbit which was ran out from the forest and bumped into a tree. It was dead. After the day, he threw away the hoe and stop working on the farm. Instead, he stay behind the tree, and waited. He hoped that he could get a rabbit everyday. One hot day, the farmer was working with a hoe on the farmland as usual. As he was wet through with sweat. He decided to have a break under a tree. He was about to reach the tree when a rabbit ran towards it and bumped into the trunk . With great joy, the farmer picked up the dead rabbit and made a delicious meal with it at home. From then on, he didn’t work in the farmland any longer. Instead, he was just hidden in the grass beside the tree, waiting for a second silly rabbit. Finally, all of his crops died. He was starved to death as well.
This story tells us not to rely on accidental gain. We can’t lead a rich life or reach any achievement unless we work hard. (143 words)23评分标准第五档(很好)中有这样一段话:
“应用了较多的语法结构和词汇;语法结构或词汇方面有些许错误,但为尽力使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致。”

Group work A man of Chu State was once taking a boat across a river when he carelessly dropped his sword into the river. He made a mark on the side of the boat where he dropped the sword, hoping to find it again later on. When the boat reached the other side of the river, he got off and went into the water from where he made the mark, in search of the sword. Naturally he couldn't find it in the end.
