是一种表示请求或征询对方意见的客气委婉的说法,could 在此句型里表示请求,而不是can的过去式,could 比 can 的语气更加委婉、客气,让人易于接受.因此平日里人们更多使用could,而不用can. 否定句直接在please后加not
