Ms: To prevent Internet addition , you don’t need to stop using computers, but you do need to control how much time you spend online. You can do this by making a plan to spend only one hour every day playing computer games. Tell your parents and friends about it, and ask them to be sure you stop using the computer after one hour. It is true that pressure at school has caused some teenagers to become Internet addicts, but there are many exercise is healthier than sitting and using a computer. It makes you feel also better than being by yourself with a computer. When you feel pressure, talk to your teachers and parents about it . They may be strict sometimes, but they want to help you.
