I don’t think beauty means only attractive looks or fashionable clothes. Plastic surgery may change one’s appearance, but it won’t change one’s words, behavior or personality. In my opinion, everyone is beautiful. Beauty is everywhere around us.
I think everyone does have the right to make his/her dream come true. It is commonly believed that beautiful people are always more popular than ordinary-looking people.
Just imagine it---everyone with the same face, same figure! Though they look so beautiful, they are just some boring copies of each other. Without diversity, without uniqueness, beauty is nowhere to be found. So we should be proud of what we are like and be proud of that we are such unique persons. It is nature and wisdom that are long-standing beauty.
It’s OK that some people turn to cosmetic surgery to help improve their appearance. But don’t forget that an operation knife cannot create a capable, warm-hearted and responsible person whom society really needs.
I don’t think it is a good way to boost self-esteem and confidence in those who want to change their looks by plastic surgery. I don’t believe it is worth doing. Everyone has their own standard of beauty which changes with different cultures and different nations.

In oral English, who/that can be omitted.
If wrong, please correct them.

1) He didn’t come back until midnight. It was not until midnight that he came back home.

Some negative sentences can be used in this pattern.
do/did---to emphasize the affirmative verb of a sentence with a simple present / past tense
